Location, quiet and close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Heated pool was great too. Large spacious apartment with ocean views.

Mould in the bathrooms, couldn’t open windows so this I assume is a reoccurring matter. Blankets dirty. Not sure if they are washed between visitors. Maybe they could come in a plastic bag so it gives the impression they are clean? Maybe not charge to use tennis rackets. Instead you could ask for a deposit to ensure they are returned? When you want to play with kids, you know they won’t last very long. $10 for a set of rackets each day is average i think. We already pay for the use of the apartment and facilities, I would expect this to be included.

Location was a big plus. Near the beach, near Aldi, Coles and take away shops and restaurants, near the Surf Club and the flagged swimming area, near the Esplanade for walks. Loved the 180° views. Amenities were good. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, games room, gym, library area. Check in was smooth, plenty of parking, trolleys for luggage, lifts great, key access good in all areas. Plenty of room in the apartment. Air conditioning and fans were much appreciated in the humid rainy weather.

Wi Fi weak. TV difficult to get free to air but help arrived very quickly and showed us what to do. Most apartments have only one kitchen bin so recycling can be a problem. This apartment was no different. When will the penny drop? Didn't much like the cooking facilities. Old oven but at least it had words and numbers. The cooktop only had symbols! Sharp knives were useless. Glassware was chunky, coffee mugs were ordinary- small and thick. Bedroom and bathrooms were clean but getting a bit worn. Beds were comfortable. Carpet had a few stains.

This is in a great location and has amazing views. Everything was clean and modern. Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Apartment had averything we needed. We would book again. Great for a family. We stayed on level 21.

Not a dislike, but perhaps a suggestion, a couple of beach/pool towels in the room would be great. When we asked for a couple of extra towels for the pool we were given extra (bath towels) without hesitation so it really isn't a problem.

Good location across the street from beach. Nice having the washer and dryer.

Could have used a deeper clean and dusting. Area rug was extremely dirty and should be replaced or removed. Laundry room door was missing. Not the fault of the property of course but construction of the transit extension project during the nights was unexpected and very loud. A heads up would have been nice. Otherwise we had a great stay in Gold Coast.

Everything!!! From the amazing ladies at reception, especially Leone. Everything was so easy and they were so accomodating. The location is perfect, in north Burleigh so it’s close enough to walk to Burleigh but your not in the business. There are cut coffee shops close and a Aldi and coles down the road. The views from the apartment are unreal. The kitchen has everything you need to cook.

Nothing everything was amazing

Right location for our purpose. sea view from the lounge and the balcony. Coles and Aidl are within 5 minute's walk, so are some good cafes, and restaurants. Bus stop is around the corner.

We had to sleep with the noise from the construction work during the night. This is for the city's tram extension and is said to be completed in two years.

Proximity to shops and eateries was excellent. The indoor pool was well heated and maintained. I didn't use the outdoor pool due to weather, but it looked lovely.

Some of the wall paper was showing signs of age, but otherwise in good condition. The only thing I didn't like at all was the clear class window in the main bathroom. No privacy at all due to the mirrored wardrobe doors when in the shower and loo.

Me personally I like the location as I have family close by and easy access to Robina straight up Christina Ave. it’s quiet and the beach is across the road as well as surf club which is highly recommended for meals.

I would like to see the rooms updated as they are getting a little bit run down. But while there they are doing some room renovation so hope they continue through more of them.

The location is excellent, across the road from the beach. Close to the North Burleigh Surf Club for reasonably priced meals. Apartment 5D is well presented with kitchen and cleaning goods as you would have in your own home. Foxtel a bonus.

The provision of coasters for the protection of surfaces, additional cutting boards and scissors would be great.

Great location and a great big master bedroom. Huge balcony that stretched the whole width of the apartment

The floors were sandy when we arrived which was strange. Lucky there was a vacume though We turned up to find we were on floor 2. My hopes for the ocean view were lost. We could however see glimpses of the sea through all the trees I couldn't find anything to grab hot oven trays with. There was no oven mitts
