We stayed overnight, and did not use the facilities however the pool, bbq areas, children's play room and putt putt area appeared pristine and welcoming.

The check-in process was inflexible and rigid, and I found the reception staff automated and not welcoming. I had booked the apartment and was sharing the apartment with my sister & her daughters, who arrived earlier than I had. I had made the initial booking, but my sister was happy to show her photo id and submit her credit card as security, until I arrived (45 mins. later). My sister then rang and spoke to me, and I said I could take a photo of my licence and tell them my credit card used for the booking over the phone and I could then confirm these details upon my arrival. They refused to accept any of this, and would not allow my sister to enter the apartment until I had arrived and physically checked-in.

The rooms were great, very spacious for a family and had everything in it that you may need.

There was so much to do, but unfortunately due to check in time being 4:00pm (which we didn't realise until it was too late to cancel our booking) and us having a function at 6:00pm we didn't get to enjoy any of the facilities. We used the pool before check out in the morning but the kids were sad that we didn't get to do mini golf or have fun in the huge kids area. It was a beautiful resort so we would consider coming to stay again so the kids can enjoy all the fun activities available.

We had such a great stay for the one night we were there. There were something to occupy all ages - my toddler LOVED the toddler playroom, while my teens enjoyed the Consoles, Air Hockey & Mini Putt, and we all enjoyed our booking in the Cinema room. Wish we had time to use the Pools and Spa which all looked amazing. Literally across the road from the beach! Lovely room with everything we could need - full Kitchen, 2x Bathrooms, Washer/Dryer. Excellent value for money.

Our only real disappointment was that there were no restaurants or fast food within easy walking distance, so UberEats was our savior. Also had a misunderstanding with staff regarding the Sofa bed. Took two calls to have it resolved, but it was just a case of being misinformed by the first person we talked to.

The location is amazing, the apartment was brightly clean, big enough even for 4 people. The kitchen has everything you need, exceed our expectations in this case. Staff very friendly.

The checkout time is very early, 10AM, considering the checkin time is 4PM when usually is 2PM. Air conditioner mentioned in the apartment facilities is just in the living room, the bedrooms just have fan, which was ok in April but I can't imagine in January or February.

The unit was really clean, well organised, had everything you need ie full kitchen with bonus details like hand wash, moisturising cream, shampoo and conditioner permanently on the wall at the hand basins and in showers. Very short walk to Coles and ALDI so you could easily stay there without a car and cook all own meals. Beachfront with one small road between you and the beach that has a great boardwalk/path to walk along. Free WIFI. The staff are amazing. The reception, admin, cleaning staff, all staff are very friendly, full of smiles, always say hello as they pass by and if needed, they offer help. All staff were obviously happy to be at work. It was great to feel and a breath of fresh air in this post covid era. Not surprisingly this all rubbed off on those staying who were equally as friendly making it a great atmosphere as you walked around the resort and moved up and down the lifts. Comfy beds too. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our short stay there; the staff were professional & friendly. Its well situated & a lovely apartment.

We both found it confusing initially with regards understanding direction to the unit. It was quite confusing following verbal directions until we found the way to the unit. Maybe printed directions of the layout would assist 1st time visitors. I realise this is a personal thing but we found the bed quite firm & uncomfortable

Friendly and accomadating staff, very helpful with local events and places to visit. A very family friendly accommodation with good sized rooms. Would happily stay again. Position is perfect just a 1min stroll to the beach.

Roadworks are obviously happening at the moment but its along the whole stretch of goldcoast highway, Maybe bring ear plugs or headphones if your staying during this period its not the venues fault.

Everything was amazing! We went with our 3 grandchildren ages 4, 6 & 14 and everyone had a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautiful, comfortable & extremely well appointed. We all played in the games room, giant outdoor chest, mini golf, hammocks, pools & then went across the road to the beach. We didn't get to do bowling, tennis or movies, that's next time. Staff were friendly & helpful, they gave us an early check-in so we could make the most of our stay.

There was nothing not to like.

This hotel went above and beyond and was actually way better than I expected! We stayed as a family of four with two young kids and they provided everything we could need. The apartment room was very spacious. There was three TV's and the main one on the lounge had many channels as well as Netflix. When our daughter pushed too many buttons on the remote and made her TV switch off - I called reception and they had a friendly technician fix it in all of 10 minutes! The woman at reception was very friendly. We couldn't believe the choice of activities at the hotel - two pools, two spas, mini golf, a tennis court, hammocks, a games room, free hire of beach things... air con the rooms...modern, clean but slight 90s vibes but I absolutely loved that because it brought back a lot of happy nostalgia for me - especially the terracotta coloured tiles - love them haha! And best surprise was that we were absolute beach front - not a busy road to cross - very easy 20 minute walk down to Burleigh Heads for many shops and cafes. Surf club across the road - with coffee. Amazing beach to swim at, we will definitely be back!! Thank you for a refreshing break :D

When we were checking in - a random man came over and stood RIGHT next to me giving me no personal space and listening to the receptionist ask me the ages of my kids, say which room I am in, give my phone number and my name and my rego number - and I felt quite uncomfortable sharing so much personal information with a stranger squashed up next to me. The receptionist was a little oblivious of this - so just a suggestion that next time they see a stranger leaning over someones shoulder when checking in that they ask the stranger to give their guest some personal space - or try to share that personal info more discreetly. That was my only complaint - otherwise 10/10 fantastic.

The resort was beautiful. The facilities were amazing.

The staff on the front seat when I checked in were short and unwelcoming. She did not go into anything with me about the resort or surroundings. Once checked out we were told to leave the premises even though other resorts let you stay the day generally. Very rude staff very disappointed
