We found all Noosa locals in cafes, shops and restaurants to be very friendly and accommodating. Patrick and Julie were onsite at Noosa Boutique daily tending to the grounds and guest's needs. Easy walk to Hastings St and buses on doorstep to go a bit further. Free buses during Dec holiday period.

Traffic on Noosa parade was a bit noisy during the day. Didn't keep us awake at night though.

Fantastic! We had a wonderful few days in Noosa and really enjoyed our stay. Patrick and Julie are absolutely lovely, and went above and beyond to help us out and make our stay more comfortable. They are the most genuine couple, and run their business with love and care. The apartments were spacious and clean with all the facilities we needed, especially a well stocked kitchen. The pool area is fantastic, sparking clean and the little one is perfect for kids. The communal spaces all work great and it's 5 min walk to Hastings Street and a little further to the main beach - we enjoyed being a little removed from the hub and very quiet at night. We had a brilliant time and will return again!

Fabulous apartment with plenty of space for 6 people, as well as family who visited during the day. Nice view over the river. 15 minute walk to the beach and Hastings Street. Staff were very good at communicating and responded instantly to a couple of requests I made. The area seemed incredibly safe with good street lighting at night.

WiFi could have been better, and we weren’t keen on the master bedroom and en-suite having no door to separate them.

My family had a wonderful stay at Noosa Boutique Appartments. The accommodation was in a wonderful location, walking distance to everything. We were especially impressed by the extra effort Patrick went to, to ensure we had a memorable stay. We were lent a cabana, sand trolley, beach toys as well as a small picnic table and rug. None of these things we were expecting but allowed us to have an incredible time with our 6 month old baby down at the beach. It was our first family holiday and Patrick made sure it was one we would never forget!

The apartment has been beautifully renovated and perfectly blended style with practicality. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to Hastings Street. The staff were very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay!

The apartment is generous in size and equipment, there is thought in every detail, the beds are comfortable ( even the kids ones), kitchen fully stocked , including plastic ware for the pool, we even had a cabana for the beach.Thank you Patrick and Julie for a beautiful vacation.

Great layout for 3 adults and 2 young children. Lots of space and the outdoor space was very relaxing. Everything you need was available - we didn’t feel like anything was missing! Location is great for walking to Hastings St and the beach

Close to Noosa. Nice outdoor pool area and very comfortable and spacious inside.

The only dislikes were that it was quite dark inside with little natural light. Also, the windows fittings in the bedrooms and bathrooms are very old and poorly maintained meaning they don’t close tightly and thus there is excessive traffic noise.

The location was s great. The villas were clean and spacious and had everything we needed! Very practical Coffee and tea facilities and cooking facilites were great, TV, wifi. all great

Great spot,easy walk into Hastings street. Apartment had everything. Great size, lots of space . If we had stayed longer we would have used all things on offer for the beach. Also the sitting room downstairs. Will definitely come back .
