The property is right on Main Beach. Such a fantastic location with a fabulous pool, spa and bbq area. The room had a kitchenette with a microwave and bar fridge. Our stay also included parking. The quality of the furnishings etc was very nice.

Our room didn’t have a clear window to see out of which I didn’t like, it felt like an interior room on a cruise. The window was frosted. Our room faced Hastings St. The blind didn’t block out all the light. Could be noisy at night with live music at venues.

The Seahaven resort exceeded our expectations! The location is perfect and close to everything you need in Hastings St. It is definitely worth paying extra for the beachfront deluxe one bedroom unit and we were lucky enough to be on the second floor with beach views. The pools.....where do I start! We loved having three pools to choose from or just head out straight onto the beach. Hearing the beach waves as we drifted off to sleep after days in the sun, swimming or drinking wine on our deck was so relaxing. The gardens are beautifully maintained and staff friendly. The only downside is we had to leave after a perfect week to celebrate our 50th birthdays. We will be back!

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, located right on the beach, 3 swimming pools, which were also heated, all of different depths to choose from as well as an outdoor spa, room was very clean and serviced daily and I could ask for any extra towels or anything I asked for would be delivered promptly no questions asked. Pool towels were also provided and replaced daily and they give you a lovely canvas beach bag to keep. Large bottles of toiletries (eg: hand and body wash, body lotion, shampoo and conditioner) were also provided and replenished. I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely return.

Our studio apartment had a musty smell every time we walked in. This is the only thing I could fault.

I have stayed here a few times already and was excited to be coming back to stay. I love the location and how its on the beach with a few different pools so all the people staying here are spread out. Its also nice when majority of the kids are in the middle pool so it keeps the noise away. Also the price for the studio apartment is very reasonable and another reason why I always book. The air conditioning was also really nice and cool this time around.

N/A - everything was great. IF I had to pick something it would be the early morning bins but I know that Hasting Street the bin collection is everyday.

Nearly everything,in and out of Seahaven

We were there for ten days on the bottom level, after 6 days we had enough of about 8 children playing outside our room, kicking balls into our room, some very very noisy, we asked to be moved upstairs, which we did. We consider that only families should be on the low level. We are grandparents , but it just got to us. We have stayed 5 times with you, but will only come back if we are on level 2 or 3.

We loved the location of Seahaven. It is beachfront with direct access onto Hastings Beach. There are two main pools with two smaller, shallow kids pools as well. The rooms were very clean and serviced daily. The rooms also had everything we needed to make basic meals in our room as well. The staff were very friendly.

We wished our studio room had a small pot to cook steam vegetables on the cook top as there was only a fry pan. We also wished the gym had some free weights equipment like dumbbells or kettlebells as there are only four basic cardio machines. It would be lovely if there was a sauna outside by the pools as well. There often weren’t enough sun lounges by the pool for all the guests. There were lots of times where we couldn’t lay out by the pool because there weren’t lounges available.

Location was great as you have the best of both worlds being the beach and the pools, apartment had everything we needed and the washing machine and dryer came in handy especially if you have kids and need to do a quick wash of their clothes.

We had a groud floor apartment & sliding door that goes out to the backyard pools & beach you cant lock from the outside so if they could have the access card given to guests do this would be great. The lifts are great but you didn't need an access card to go up to any level even though it has the swipe pad inside, not that security was an issue but anyone could access the floors without a keycard if they wanted to.

The welcoming hospitality, a car spot underneath the hotel, the location is perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends and my husband, and I love the ease from walking from the pool, straight on the boardwalk to the beach or walk to your favorite location for a meal or a cheeky drink!

As I booked with another couple, we were hoping to be allocated rooms near each other, or at least on the same floor but luck wasn't on our side this year. Not to worry, hopefully next year!

Apartment 308 is ocean facing, loved the sunrise views and direct beach access. The apartment was well equipped and practical, smart design for a small space. Loved the access to Hastings St shop and restaurants, very convenient for a short stay. The only one thing I would say is the king bed in this apartment is the most uncomfortable mattress I’ve slept on, it’s definitely due for replacement. The second room was tiny and had a trundle bed, suitable for small children.

Price point was a bit too high, would consider other accommodation options next time for a longer stay.

Proximity to beach front ! Just walk out gate and you are there ! Modern, clean , 3 pools so people can spread out if they need to . We were in a quiet peaceful apartment. Ladies at the front desk always extremely helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable . Apartment serviced every day if we want it to be and appreciated the soaps/shampoo etc in bathroom and kitchen.
