Room was clean, compact, basic, comfortable (excellent bed/mattress), excellently located.. Staff and manager were excellent - relaxed, friendly and accommodating. Great coffee and food in their cafe too! (Melbourne coffee-snob here, lol)

I had nothing to complain about. Everything was easy.

The location is excellent; Hastings Street is where you want to be in Noosa Heads. The room is nicely decorated with Kmart furnishings; the style is in keeping with the beach theme. I arranged to store my luggage in the office with the cleaners, as there was no one at reception during my stay. I was able to message the manager, but it is not the same as speaking to a person directly. The balcony is very comfortable. The refrigerator is located in the mirrored cupboard, I almost missed it, and I found a full sized hair dryer in the cupboard also which was appreciated.

The towels were good but they smelled of bleech. There is no one at reception so this property lacks the personal touch. The bathroom is very narrow, and the shower door needs to be left open so that your knees do not hit the glass when you sit on the toilet seat.

The location was perfect. The room was perfect for me (1 person) and the cost was outstanding for the location. I am considering booking it every year, on my regular annual visit to the Sunshine coast. Can't give enough praise

Only thing would be the shower leaks when showering, design of the shower door. Booking.com let me down, as I made an error with my booking and I won't be using them again. The Property Owner sorted it for me, and I am greatly thankful of of that, she solved the problem and went out of her way, and she did not have to do that by law. Thanks so very much

Excellent location in the hub of bars, shops and restaurants and surprisingly quiet at night. The connection to piccolinos next door is a plus. The checking in process was simple and efficient. We are travelling by motorbike and, as the weather had taken a turn for the worse, I messaged the property the day before our arrival to see if we could stay an extra night. My request was accommodated within a few hours. The cleaning staff were most pleasant and greeted us with a cheerful smile whenever we saw them. A welcoming place to stay.

Great location central to everything. Luis the manager was excellent. Very helpful. Helped with directions around Noosa, found tables in the restaurant, made check in super easy and allowed me to store my bag after check out. Nothing was too much trouble. I mentioned the shower temperature was a bit low and it was fixed within an hour. Exceeded my expectations completely. I was so impressed I booked 10 Hastings for later in the year as well. Cannot recommend enough.

Very well located motel in Hastings St, the heart of Noosa. We booked the slightly larger room with a sitting area and extra bed which made a big difference (I had previously stayed in one of the smaller rooms which was lovely and had a balcony but was very tight). Nice and quiet despite being on the busy street. Terrific access to beach and restaurants. Very well priced for the location.

Staff were lovely but the "motel" is not staffed full time. The room was not serviced despite the "motel" designation although towels were supposed to be replaced daily, which did not always happen. Often no staff around to fix this. Despite being a place for a beach stay, there was nowhere to hang towels, swimmers etc to dry (the smaller rooms have balconies). The air conditioner in our room did not work very well and cut out each time after about 50 minutes usage. The filters had clearly not been cleaned for a long time. Despite me cleaning them, the problem with cutting out remained. Shower screen was not effective in containing water so floor got very wet after showering. Room looked a bit tired, the smaller rooms appeared more recently refurbished.

Honestly exceeded my expectations considering the bad reviews. Checkin/out was smooth and communicated by text although you won’t interact with reception staff. Nice balcony space too. Sweet location, comfort and cleanliness.

Bed was on wheels/sliding around if you lean on it. Bathroom sink splashes water everywhere. A microwave would be sweet

The property was in the best location in Noosa Heads on Hastings Street, clean and comfortable and perfect for a one night stay. Very good breakfast at the connected cafe (included breakfast was a $50 voucher for two) so you could order anything you liked and just pay the extra if needed.

It was quite small but still ok for just one night. The cleanliness, location, breakfast and ease of check in made up for it. Recommend Supply of a 2nd toilet roll for future guests.

Communication, location, check in instructions. All good now have learnt what to expect. Nice staff at Piccolinos, nice food and good musician on Tuesday.

No exhaust fan in bathroom. No brakes on bed castors. No crockery or cutlery. No fly screens. A little smaller than expected, No desk or indoor table. However all nice now, I know what to expect.
