After reading reviews, I was very sceptical. But am pleased to say that I have no idea what the negative reviews were talking about because I found the room great. For the price, I found the room exceeded my expectations. Beds were comfortable, modern and well kept. Plenty of shower soap, shampoo and conditioner available, free wifi that was reasonably fast and conveniently located within walking distance to a Malaysian takeaway and a servo. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Aircon was cold and the water pressure in the shower was great. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others.

Phone service was not available in my room but it was not an issue as the free wifi mitigated that problem. Only one teaspoon in the room for tea/coffee and no cutlery or plates available. Not a big issue but could use a few sets.

Motel centrally located, clean rooms, effective air-con, decent size fridge in room. Parking space under cover and near room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Small issues like wrong tv remote, power socket not working. Air-con very loud. Furniture showing obvious signs of wear. Lots of traffic noise as situated on a main road. Calmed down during the night and got louder in morning rush hour, as would be expected. Had to ask for a plate and cutlery, they keep them in managers office as some guests steal them.

the manager was exceptional in her welcome, care in showing me around the apartment and ensuring my comfort and familiarity with the workings of the place. She was available after hours when I had an issues with the tv remote and quick to respond providing a solution.

things beyond the control of the management such as traffic noise (near an intersection on a main road) and a neighbour that played 'dufduf' music from 5.30 am every day

Friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and beds comfortable. Great location close to all amenities. We will stay again if we need to. Another happy guests will recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

There was no problem at all. Just love everything about this place.

The location is great. Close to everything, although Rockhampton isn’t a very big town.

The gym started classes with loud music at 4:50 of a morning. The dryer door was held together with a wad of tissue. A lot of the dishes were dirty and need to be re-washed and the doona for the bed had food and what appeared to be blood on it.

The Service was great. Pricing was great. It was comfortable. My brother and I booked a room with 2 beds and was given a room with 1 bed, but Staff was quick to shuffle the rooms to accommodate my brother and I with 2 beds.

it might’ve been because it was raining but wifi and data was not working, tv and power cut out a few time but there’s not a lot anyone could’ve done about it, definitely not their fault

The location was spot on and close to all of the sporting facilities as we were there specifically for basketball. It is walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and supermarkets. The rooms were great with nice beds and clean and tidy. Lastly the staff were fantastic and great to deal with.

TV didn't work at night when I just needed some veg out time. It did seen to work at 4am but was heading out then. Was a bit of a walk to grab something to eat but I guess after driving all day I probably needed it.

The room was clean and tidy the bed was a little to soft the location was great close enough to everything had big towels and plenty of toiletries

There was a toaster in the room but there was no cutlery anywhere
