Superior motel close to the city centre. Very helpful friendly staff that go above and beyond. Clean and tidy rooms with excellent facilities. Two very cold aircons. Full kitchen with everything you need and close to multiple restaurants and takeaways if you're not up to cooking. Very comfortable bed and good lighting throughout. We were able to park our trailer outside for free. Great value for money! Love this place - we have been back many times.

Only issues were that some of the furnishings need refreshing. Some of the curtains were broken, and the dining table was badly worn. The media player software built into the TV was a bit difficult to use, but fortunately, we had our FireStick with us.

Ease of booking and paying for the room, cleanliness of the room, tea/coffee/water availability, very nice soap/shampoo and enough towels etc. Casting my laptop to the TV was seamless (using the web link), easy drop off of the door fob/card. Lastly, super convenient location with access on two roads and close proximity to the city. I'll be back even with the minor dislikes!

Overall I had a great stay and can't complain about anything. However, to help with feedback for improvements - here are a few points. 1. The water in the shower sometimes changed (maybe bad timing with the neighbours shower?) 2. The bed linen is tucked in super tight and I couldn't loosen it while lying in the bed. Awesome job but it gets warm in Rocky so being able to kick the covers on and off easily would be nice. Yes, I know there is AC just sharing my experience. 3. The body lotion was empty for both nights we stayed which was a bit sad as it smelled great! 4. Traffic noise - the rare semi trailers passing by can get a bit loud so maybe look at getting double glazed windows? Other than that it was perfect!

Ideal for a stopover on a long drive. We simply wanted somewhere clean to sleep. We arrived at 3pm and left at 8am next morning. Little fridge ideal for beer and snacks.

Obviously city centre, chose for location. The traffic noise was bad. Unit backed onto main street and due to window vent in bathroom sounded like there was no window at all.

The Stirling exceeded my expectations. Excellent staff who are always willing to help. I had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and it was superb. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The airconditioner was quiet and worked well in 33 degree heat. I worked from my room most of the day and housekeeping were considerate to my needs, as soon as I left the room they must have appeared and made my bed and restocked. I would recommend The Stirling.

Enjoyed the quality of the hotel and the styling of the rooms and the owner was very accommodating, particularly given the fact we arrived late.

better water pressure and a change of shower head style would be a significant improvement, not a major thing but figured you might want to know.

The soft towels The towels smelt clean and fresh. The bed was warm with enough layers to keep me warm throughout the night. The bed was tightly made and snug The mattress was firm, and I fell asleep within minutes

The room was spacious and very clean. The restaurant was amazing, best food I have had in a long time, thank you to the wonderful chef. The staff were super helpful and nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend.

The blanket on the bed but that’s just a me thing.

The Stirling Motel had all the essentials for our stay. It was clean and well presented. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of traffic noise but that’s the price you pay for a convenient location. The room must be well insulated because it wasn’t too bad really.

Easy check in and out. Parking available with easy access. The location was central to all areas. They have meals available to the guests, unfortunately we never had time to order a meal. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful.. the room was nice and tidy, bed was really comfy. Great shower. We just stayed 1 night to try get some rest to continue our trip the next day.

Only thing that let it down was our room was next to the laundry and even though it said it closed at 10pm (which is to late) someone was still using the dryers at 11:30pm and we could hear what ever metal object they had in there clunking around
