Room was comfortable and clean. Needed a few more essentials like cutlery, (one spoon) and tea /coffee bags. I slept well there and the heat pump was an asset.

I did not meet any staff except one very briefly. Not much in the way of hospitality, I was not asked if everything was alright which would have been appreciated. I managed the stairs but only just, they are not suitable for older people at all.. If I had known this I would have requested the ground level. The property is a long way from the nearest bus stop and unless you are fit and like walking you really need a car. I would have rated this place higher but then I saw the state of the toaster and sandwich maker. There is no excuse for providing these essentials that are rusting and in need of being thrown away. They would not pass a health and safety test. It put me right off quite frankly.

Great location (especially close to Coolum Beach, several shops etc.) and great starting point for trips to Noosa, Eumundi market etc. Staff was super friendly and helpful, even moved us to another, better room for free because there was an issue with the fan in our original room. Overall, clean common areas with good, clean kitchen.

You have to know what you are getting into. The whole building itself is quite old and we felt a bit “imprisoned” in our original room. However, everything is also shown on the pictures when booking and looks exactly as shown.

We loved our stay here! Bindi was an amazing host, she’s very friendly and is always on hand to help with any issues. The accommodation offers great value for money and the facilities are very clean. We also loved the resident cat; an old gal who loves a cuddle! The accommodation is a great location to explore Coolum from and is close to the bus stop. If we find ourselves in Coolum again we will definitely stay here!

Good honest affordable beach accommodation. with great proximity to beach, Stumers Creek and Coolum main drag. Common area with kitchen facilities is a massive asset. Family-run business with lovely/friendly staff: Bindi (operator) does an amazing job! Great vibe when I stayed: ideal interim accommodation when travelling/camping/backpacking I was made to feel very welcome. Will definitely be back and telling other travellers about this accom. option

This location was close to the beach, cafes & shops - walking distance. Loved the central breezeway between the units, tables & reading matter. Also loved the fact it was affordable & clean. Next time we will take advantage of the communal kitchen!

I dont believe the parking can be improved upon due to space limitations - if you get a parking spot, try to retain it & walk where you can.

Very chilled vibe, with good facilities and felt secure. Good location for the local beach and village and for getting across to Noosa. The owner's ancient cat loves a fuss, which was a nice bonus.

The ceiling fan was the only AirCon option and it's medium setting didn't work, which would have been the ideal setting. The pool didn't look clean (lots of leaves at the bottom), which was a shame as it would have been nice to have some evening dips.

Everything went absolutely well.. A very good place to stay in Coolum and definitely budget friendly. The staff is so warm and accommodating. Wifi works well, there's free parking. A common kitchen is provided where you can prepare your own meals. Their location is just a short stroll away to the beach and center of Coolum where shopping, restaurants, cafes, etc. can be found..Truly ideal for a peaceful yet enjoyable holiday!!!

Felt safe as a girl arriving late. Lovely management with a bonus cute old cat to greet guests. For simple budget accommodation it's tops. Own balcony and bathroom for the cost of a backpackers room! I actually expected less and was so happy to have privacy! Not very sound proofed but that's okay. Thanks for the stay!

clean and quiet and an excellent location! this is budget accomodation but the owners clearly care about the guests and their property. Quality bedding - nice firm mattresses and pillows, well stocked kitchen, wifi but only in shared areas. short walk to the beach and shops. plenty of street parking

Excellent value for money. Excellent location - precisely where we needed to be. Clean, neat and tidy with everything we needed in the room.

The decor was a little dated and the bathroom was very basic but it was completely functional and provided what we required albeit without the upmarket feel.
