The location and view are incredible. Spending time in the room and enjoying the view from the comfortable lounge and beds was just as much fun as getting out and exploring the beaches. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The heart of Maroochydore is at your doorstep with so many restaurants to choose from and a large shopping centre a few minutes walk away.

The free Wi-Fi was very slow and inconsistent and overall not really usable. This wasn't a big problem though as we just used mobile data. Unfortunately it meant we could not take advantage of the room's smart TVs to use streaming services or YouTube, so we jut enjoyed the view instead.

The location was spectacular. The view on one side was absolutely breath taking of the beach and mountains to left . The apartment was clean, very spacious homely and luxurious all in one. Each bedroom had a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of Sunshine Coast. The kitchen was beautiful. My favourite was the spa bath with window view to bedroom setting extra characteristics to the superior three bedroom apartment on level 8. The apartment is located across the road from Woolworths and a lot of other convenient stores as well as Archie brothers which was fun for the family. Also a lot of beautiful restaurants and bars are in walking distance.

Excellent location! Close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants but quiet. The view was gorgeous and being able to launch kayaks and fish from the private jetty was a big highlight for me. The surrounding water is sheltered and makes for great swimming and paddle craft exploring.

Very hard to fault this place. The only thing I'd note was the lack of water pressure in the toilets and taps. Sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush and you'd have to try again after 30 seconds or so.

Great location. Apartment was even better than pictured (not often this happens). Everything was spotless and the apartment had everything you need, down to the fine details like platters and cheese knives. Nothing hadn't been thought of. Very friendly staff/managers. I would recommend to anyone thinking twice.

Really beautiful view and we loved the apartment. The location is very good with shops in walking distance as well as a variety of places to eat and drink. Good security at the apartments and friendly staff. We highly recommend staying at Waves!

Everything was good. The only things we suggested for the Unit we were in was bigger size coffee cups and a non-stick frypan! Otherwise, we were very happy with everything.

Hotel is situated right across from the main street, making for an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, etc. The staff were lovely, helping us find parking as we had a few cars with us. The room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony, wrapping right around the apartment. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail didn't go un-noticed. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was large and roomy with spectacular views. Well appointed with many extras. A short walk to the shops and eateries etc. The staff were amazing and helpful. We were looking for a place to unwind and relax that was also quite and this place offered everything. Would recommend..

Excellent level of cleanliness and property features all as described. The managers insist on the property being quiet and it made the stay exceptional. The view and location was amazing. You could sit on the patio and watch paddle boarders go past, birdlife, and the river meets the sea. Across the road is a restaurant precinct and a shopping centre. This was one of the best stays we have ever had. Thanks.

The views were amazing. Close to supermarket and fun things to do. Will never forget that coastal breeze through the apartment. Nice and clean. Beach towels were supplied which was great. Best room we have stayed in.

The wifi didn't work in the kids bedroom, so they were always hanging out in the lounge room, which meant they couldn't enjoy their private space that we paid for. No smoking on your private balcony - This was a bummer, couldn't enjoy a whiskey and cigarette on my balcony with amazing views, on our first holiday in 3 years. This wasn't mentioned at the time we booked, we were told when we arrived.

It lived up to the positive reviews we had read before deciding to book there, clean, well appointed and friendly staff and amazing river / ocean views. It was really close to all amenities and we would happily stay there again. We spoke to them at the time and passed on the positive feedback.
