Spacious apartment with full kitchen and laundry and amazing outlook - direct views of coast to east, river views to north and district views to west (Unit 39 - 10th floor). Games room, pool, tennis court, and BBQ area. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Easy access to beach.

Some inclusions in apartment are aged/dated e.g. cassette deck. However there is smart TV and good internet and all you'd need. All apartments appear to be subletted from owners, who furnish apartments, so finishes will vary across apartments.

We really enjoyed everything about the Majorca: the location & views were amazing; the facilities (pool, tennis court, bbq, fenced yard, playground, game’s room) were great; the room was spacious, clean, had everything we needed to cook etc, wasn’t too precious & the view was breathtaking; the staff were friendly; & the whole place had a relaxed atmosphere- great for families & kids.

It was all great

The apartment was very clean and heaps of cutlery. They had thought of everything. The view was spectacular from room 33. Heaps of PowerPoints and was able to plug in my chrome cast easily. The location was excellent with the beach across the road and a 5min walk to Maroochy Surf Club. There was a great view from the loo lol. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this to friends.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The view was spectacular, the room was very clean, nicely furnished and bright and light. Great pressure in the shower. The property was in a great location and close to everything, was a added bonus to have the beach straight across the road and to be able to listen to the ocean every night. Pool area was very nice and clean and a pleasure to use. Nice coffee shops and facilities across the road. Really didn’t have to leave the accommodation if you didn’t want to, had everything for a very comfortable stay.

nothing to dislike

We had a lovely corner unit, giving us views over the beach and also of the river and mountains behind. Location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops and the surroundings were quiet - not a through road. We would definitely stay again.

The only downside was there was no air conditioning but we were provided with a space heater for the cooler nights.

We loved that the property was located across the road from the beach and a block away from shops and cafes. The two bedroom apartment was the perfect size for our little family and the ocean views were great. The kitchen was very well-stocked. We even saw whales swimming past each day! The heated pool was lovely.

It is outdated and could do with a revamp. Luckily we travelled during off peak times as I wouldn’t want to pay anymore than we did.

Majorca Isle ocean view rooms overlook the dunes of the main beach, providing uninterrupted views of the surf rolling in. The units are a very decent size and well appointed throughout. They have a range of facilities for guest use on site and are right in the heart of the Cotton Tree area and only a short stroll to the beach or a slightly longer walk to Sunshine Plaza. At night, the complex is quiet and the sound of the surf is a wonderful background noise leading to a sound sleep.

I’m very fussy about my pillows so having a range of pillow types and sizes available from reception would have been a great added bonus.

Loved waking up to the sunrise and view of the beach. Accommodation was in walking distance of the surf club which although does not have great food, does have a great trivia night on Wednesdays. The boat shed is a great place to have a cocktail and watch the sunset.

Didn’t like leaving!

2 Bedroom Apartment (8) was spacious and very clean. All amenities you would need are included. Location was perfect! 2 minutes to the beach, or a 20 minute walk to Sunshine Plaza for some retail therapy! The hotel play area was perfect for small kids, safe and secure. The pool was brand new and beautiful!

nothing worth mentioning and this probably only extended to the apartment we were in. For example the washing machine lid could be open all the way up due to the dryer above it, also we didn't have the very small face towels you usually get, so only a few VERY minor inconveniences. The view made up for it :-)

The 10th floor front-on view of the beach and sea from the loungeroom and main bedroom was stunning! The apartment was very clean and roomy. The whole property is lovely and well maintained. Close to main street cafes, beach and surf club. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great weekend stay!

Shower was ok but a hand-held shower rose would be excellent!
