It's a very good place for a stopover stay for the night on the long and monotonous drive along the Stuart Highway. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean despite it showing its age. The room also had a great and welcoming hot water shower, which is a definite plus for such an arid environment. I stayed here twice during my trip to and from Uluru on the advice of some friends that staying in those other underground accommodations can be stuffy and claustrophobic. Absolutely no regrets, especially for the price I'd paid for it.

I was allocated an upper floor room the first time I stayed. I didn't like carrying my luggage up and down the stairs because of my personal physical issue. On both my stays, I find difficulties in unlocking the doors to both the rooms. Probably the door locking mechanisms are worn; these really need some maintenance or perhaps replacement.

I really loved the fact reception staff had sent me early arrangments via text for check in that I could end up checking late. Which I had that had been the most easyest simple hotel check that I had ever done ever.

The bed had been a bit grubby there had been some type of insect problem that's all. Still nothing major. I still had a really good stay and gotten all of the right amount of rest needed for the rest of my long distance trip.

Location and price. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Would be great if the facade could be updated like its sister motel. Housekeeping need a better cleaning trolley with mop bucket holder that is easier to push. Pity about the discarded cans and bottles left in the garden areas.

Easy convenient late check in, clean, comfortable room. Bistro open til 9pm so was able to still get a meal after arriving late.....food good

Had been raining the night before so carpark was wet, tracked mud into car from suitcases and shoes Larger coffee mugs would be nice, only had teacups

A beautiful welcome at the front desk.. Always a bonus to see a happy person.. The room was spacious.. The beds comfy. The shower was a bit tricky but we sorted it out. Nice and close to everything that we saw which was absolutely awesome and a bonus..

Room was comfy, 3 beds made sleeping arrangements perfect for 3 blokes, access to the bistro and bar was perfect for an overnight stay. Facilities in the room met all our requirements. Staff were friendly and courteous.

The motel was in a good position and handy to facilities. Welcoming staff. The hotel attached had a good menu and quick service.

The entry door was hard to open. Maintenance staff advised they would fix it.

Facilities imet all our needs to protect our suppliers and enabled an early breakfast, and get us back on the road. Room warm and bed comfortable.

There is nothing to complain about.

The whole experience , we had a self check in one , which i liked ! , and it was nice and clean and tidy . Beds were comfy to! my daughter and i had a pretty well rested sleep , only downfall was we were not able to stay longer and truly enjoy it , but thats okay we had another long drive the following day .

It was disappointing that there was not a microwave in the room, so we had to walk over to the shell and buy something there and ask to use their microwave instead . Apart from that we both enjoyed it all .

Was not there a long time to find anything. Only was there just to sleep and go again in the morning
