Fabulous location on a pier on Hobart Waterfront. 5 minutes to Salamanca Place restaurants cafes and grocery shops. 10 minute stroll to CBD passing Museum Art Gallery, Franklin Square attractions on the way. Ferry to MONA and Bellerive at pier one side and cruise terminal at pier on the other. Constitution Dock very close. Twilight markets out the front monthly on a Friday. Best of all Mount Wellington and the passing water craft. Such a relaxing outlook with all those boats.

Surprised to find no visible recycling (NSW resident here) or solar panels on the historical wharf. A minor niggle as Tasmania has been slower in adoption.

Location is superb, the best in Hobart.

Parking worked out fine, but it was a worry that getting a parking pass didn't guarantee a space. When they say "first come, first served", it doesn't mean that once you have a parking pass, you will be able to park in one of their free spaces, only that you are allowed to. Then it depends on how many other parking pass holders got there before you! If you get back late, there might not be a space and you might have to pay for parking outside the hours of 6pm and 9am, if you can find it. I would have preferred more certainty on this, as it was a worry.

The Location was amazing with water views of the Constitution Dock and very convenient to amenities. Very near to nice pubs and restaurants e.g. Mures Seafood restaurant was less than 10 minutes walk away. Also easy to walk to Salamanca market and Mona Ferry within 10 minutes. The Apartment was nice clean and spacious with kitchenette, medium fridge, microwave, small table for dining and small table for working if required. There is also a laundry with washing machine and dryer, if you need to wash and dry your clothes.

We used the fan during our 2 nights stay which was ok, as although it was summer it was still pretty windy 15 degree and cold at night. If it became much hotter in summer, would need aircon with constant room temperature to keep room cool with air flow to the loft apartment. Imagine winter would be cold and would need heating. Overall we are very happy with the room.

Great view of the pier, the place was very comfortable and pleasant. Good location as we can walk to Salamanca mkt. Within walking distance to the park and various eating places. Staff was nice to extend our parking on our last day so we can spend a long time at Salamanca mkt. It's really a great start to our two week stay in Tasmania.

Lights around the living space is not enough. I'm more light sensitive and felt there are many dark corners, dining area, sofa area and even the kitchen. Should have more lights on the counter top area. Carpark lots were limited but we were thankful to be able to come back to a lot every day. Come back by 3pm if u don't want to pay for the public lot. Avoid the rooms above the restaurants cos they can get too noisy esp with the wkd crowd. Our room was located far away at the other end. And why are your bottled water chargeable?

Location of this apartment is 5 star. It is located at the Elizabeth Pier, right next door to the Information centre and the ferry terminal for attractions like Mona Museum, Hop on and Off bus etc. it is also has nice restaurants nearby. Customer service was excellent. Our washing machine in our apartment was faulty, so they offered to do our laundry for us using their housekeeping laundry machines. Would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Hobart. Rooms are very clean.

Walls can be a little thin, can hear faint music and bass beating from the club nearby right up to 3am on a Saturday morning.

Great place to stay within walking distance of most places and great restaurants.

Cushions on the lounge chair would have greatly increased their comfort. Having to walk up 14 stairs to the bedroom and wardrobe. We seemed to be continually going up and down to get something or an article of clothing. Maybe there should be provision for clothing downstairs with a luggage rack and somewhere to hang coats etc. It is very dark after dinner to walk down the pier to the hotel entrance. It felt too dangerous to be out late.

Great location! Surrounded by eateries so lots of options to choose from. Minutes of walk to two Sky Bus pickup/ drop-off stops. A few steps away from MONA ferry ride. A stroll away from Salamanca Market and Battery Point. Right by the water with an amazing sunrise view! Super friendly concierge who went above and beyond to assist you. Appreciate the complementary lavender pouch and Tasmanian apples, made you felt welcomed. Super fast WIFI. The only downside was shower pressure was a bit low and the water was not hot enough, otherwise 10/10!

Shower pressure cna be stronger, also the hot water wasn't that hot somehow.

The property is in an excellent location. Our room overlooked all the boats and yachts that were moored at the wharf and our room had a small balcony with table and chairs which we really loved. Close to all that goes on in that area such as specialty shops, art galleries, restaurants, hotels, Salamanca Market, ferries etc etc. The list goes on.

Our only complaint was the upstairs bedroom became quite warm and the ceiling fan had an annoying clicking sound which wasn’t ideal but apart from that we were very happy.

Location on the pier on the Hobart waterfront is fabulous. The apartment was like new, and provided everything you need. Friendly staff and eating options downstairs on the pier, would be very helpful if raining.

Parking - very limited free parking and nothing undercover. Expect to have to pay small amounts occasionally when all slots are taken and waiting for something. The loft style bedroom gets quite warm (hot air rises) even in cool times and there is no ceiling vent to open, but there is a ceiling fan. The apartment can be a little noisy overnight and early morning with the gulls outside squwarking and there seemed to be noises on the roof - birds? Also the "transfer fan" to vent the building is very noisy in the sleeping area, but you can switch it off downstairs.

The location is lovely and the room had nice views. It was a cosy little place and overall enjoyable. It only had a few little issues which would be easily rectified if the hotel was open to enacting feedback.

The walls are paper thin, I would recommended taking the TV's out of the bedrooms (they aren't really necessary) and it would avoid hearing the loud TV's through the bedroom walls late into the evening as the bedrooms are upstairs and seem to join together. The person next to us had their bedroom TV on until 2am one night and it was impossible to get to sleep. Keeping the TV’s designated just to lounge rooms would help reduce this. The only other thing was the frying pan needed replacing as it was heavily damaged and had all the black coating coming off.
