We had a really spacious studio apartment. It was really classy, even beautiful ceramic handwash bottle on sink, and lovely soft lighting options, and great kitchen. The bed and furniture were very comfy. Felt more like a hotel. The park is laid out really well, and an awesome public community room, with rooftop deck and internal fireplace and lounges. There was an onsite van coffee cart in a cute deck area with fairy lights. There were big windows letting in natural light, and easy scenic walk into town, few minutes away. The staff were really friendly and helpful with tourism ideas and suggestions. Great service. We’d love to come back again for sure.

We couldn't found any decent freakfast in the morning only found the coffee at near shop and no hot breakfast only sell cake. At your facility there is nocoffee can be found at our two days stay either coffe shop has closed or out off time and only make the coffee for staff not for the residents ( we been tolt by the coffee shop's staff) which make me wonder that who has come first is the staff or the paying customer?

If your facility could not offer to sell coffee for any reason at least to inform the customer clearly that each days the coffee vans time table , because we has been told y the reception,'s staff from the day one that we have check-in said " there is no coffee and going on the street for coffee"

Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and walking tracks along river. 2 BR cabin was clean and comfortable and had kitchen facilities and bathroom/toilet in cabin. It was warm. Also, we loved the coffee van in the middle of the park, which had coffee, toasties and food to grab in the morning.

The kitchen /dining/lounge space could have been designed a bit better. Also, the smoke alarm was in the kitchen area and because of the small space each time we used the frypan the smoke alarm went off. We had to open every window and door even though the fan was on, to stop the alarm going off, but it still did.

We loved the BIG4 Tasman Holiday Park. The family cabin was spacious and had everything we needed to make meals. Location was great, just a short stroll into town and the brewery. We will stay here again.

Wasn't a huge playground for the kids like other Big 4s. There is an inside TV play room, but not a lot outside to keep the kids entertained outside. So take a bike!

Absolutely amazing experience living in the Bluff cabin in the Big4 Tasman Holiday park during our stay from 23-25th June,2023. 1)Rooms: Amazing rooms. Clean interior, fresh towels and all the dishes/equipment was kept sophisticatedly and cleanly in the room. There was a l master bed and 2 bunk beds so could accomodate 6 people. The bathroom and toilets were clean and all amenities provided. They had a good set up and gave us a good cabin feel. 2)Ambience: AMAZING ambience with lighting’s all around and a can which gives great coffee in the mornings and also pizzas in the night(not for free but worth it knowing you can walk up to a cafe and have a good time). The walk around the holiday park is also great. It’s a cute nice holiday park. 3)Location: 5 mins WALK to Bright town, so absolutely prime location. 4)Customer service: Bev and team were great and super helpful. Kind and polite. They offered to rent out chains as well and gave us good ideas regarding where to go during our time there. Small recommendation, if they could upgrade their TVs to smart TVs(not necessarily expensive ones) so that we can host netflix during a cold cold night in our warm beddings.(just a small suggestion) In my opinion, 10/10 recommend. Don’t think to stay anywhere else if you’re in bright :)

We arrived to one of the most kindest and accomodating receptionist I’ve ever met. Then onto The room was unbelievably clean. The park was beautiful and has a really cool little coffee van and set up in the centre, never seen one that nice. Overall had a great feel will 100% come back and also recommend to others.

Very satisfied with our stay in Big4 Bright. The cabin was clean, comfortable and got everything you need. The staff and front receptionists are very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. And of course the splash park and ovens river is just a very short walking distance! I have 2 kids, and they enjoyed it a lot.

The Wifi reception is weak but I figured out to use it during night when everyone is asleep.

We loved our stay. It was so pretty and peaceful. On site cafe was lovely and everyone was super friendly. Very clean. Kids loved the fairy /festoon lights. We didn’t use them, but Very good facilities for camp sites.

If I had to pick anything, It could do with a slight upgrade/expansion in playground area. A little small, But was still a hit for post dinner play

We booked accommodation in Bright so we could attend a wedding in Falls Creek. We have no complaints about the Villa; it was very clean, comfy, ample heating, the view was spectacular & a great location. This being our first time driving to the snow we hired snow chain's from reception & they gave us a quick demo. Also hired toboggans which we took to Mt Buffalo (about 40min drive from Bright) so much fun! The coffee & croissants from the coffee van were delicious. Everyone that we encountered from the team at Big4 Holiday Park in Bright was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

The property was clean, warm and comfortable. There was clear and easy to follow instructions on after hours access. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The fan and light switch in the toilet are connected making the noise disruptive at night.
