Amazing communication from the staff via email. Easy check in and check out. The tree top beds were comfy. Heater was turned on. Just what I needed for a quick overnight before heading up the mountain.

Bit awkward having to walk downstairs for the toilet. Walls were thin. The snoring vibrates through the walls from fellow guests. Being fussy here..but for me pillows were too soft.

Cabin was clean and everything worked as it should. Plenty of hot water. Liked being a short distance from Bright, nice and quiet, but close enough to easily drive to restaurants etc. Good communication by the owners on our day of arrival, checking in was a breeze. We were also able to check out an hour later than normal which was great 😃

Was easy to find cabin was a fair size for the price. Key was left in door so didn’t have to chase it up when we arrived

Cabin was close to the road so alot of traffic noise. After reading reviews about the water we took bottles to boil for coffee unfortunately the kettle and pots are tainted and left a really bad tasting coffee. There was a inside games room on the website but we walked around and couldn’t find it.

I love the location. It was beautiful being surrounded by tall trees and mountains. Very picturesque and quiet. The cabins were clean and they had all the bedding and towels required. The cabin had all the cooking equipment which came in useful. We were also lucky to have beautiful weather and the kids went for a swim in the pool.

Good location out of Bright. Front cabins are very close to the road so quite noisy especially when motorbikes pass. Otherwise cabin was great. Comfortable, clean and well equipped for a quick stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The original room we booked thru Booking.com was not suitable at all. Up a steep flight of stairs and all that was in it was a double bed. No handbasin. No electric jug. No toilet. Obviously I has not read the description properly. The Receptionist = Karen, helped us to upgrade to a cabin with everything, that we enjoyed for the next 2 nts.

Cabin was ideal, clean and cozy, parking outside, everything you need with kids. Had our own fire pit so did roasted marshmallows outside our cabin. Short drive to everything in Bright. Surrounded by woods and nature. Really nice. Will be back in summer to enjoy the pool!

Bedroom was comfy, spotlessly clean and nice and warm on arrival. Location was excellent for an overnight stay at bright before continuing my drive. Ease of check in and check out was also great! Would stay here again.

Bathrooms could do with a bit of an update however were very clean.

Staying at cabin number 14 was beautiful me and my friend and our kids enjoy sitting in balcony and sitting in frontyard and our kids enjoying swemming there the relaxing and view of mountain there is spactacular..i recomended to family and friends .

i liked the friendly service there and respecting us .

Threetop, the shared restroom was downstairs. It is hard to go to toilet during the night when it's freezing cold outside. Also this room did not offer anything,like water, coffee, mini fridge, TV .. just air conditioner, and bed, books, chairs.
