New hotel, rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access into the city by tram. Basement car parking was also super convenient. And staff was very polite and helpful!

Nothing! We liked it so much we returned at the end of our trip. The second time around we stayed in a room that shared a balcony with the room next door which was a bit strange. Not a problem but could have been made clear at the time of booking..! We ended up leaving the blinds/balcony door closed as otherwise the guests staying in the room next door would be able to access/see into our room. It looked liked the rooms were meant to be booked together as they shared a little private hallway.

Lovely, spacious, comfortable, well-kitted apartment on a tram route with easy access to sporting events and the CBD. All staff were helpful and responsive. Variety of retail and food options within a 500m walk. Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher all worked brilliantly. Full-sized fridge!

Quibbling here - no champagne glasses, dinner plates too big for the dishwasher (except at the very edge of the basket), TV remote control too clever for its own good (not intuitive), lots of power points but most not near desks, tables, benches where device use/charging usually occurs.

Brilliant. Had such an enjoyable stay. The room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the walk in robe areas had plenty of space for luggage. It was great having a balcony for some fresh air and a lovely view. Loved the sensory lighting in the hallways. Didn't hear any of the other patrons our entire stay :-) Close to plenty of places to eat, Coles and the tram. There was no daily servicing but this was not a problem at all. We will be back to stay for sure and will be recommending to others.

That there was nothing not too like, like new very clean modern apartment with everything you need at a basic level. Great location with plenty of cafe's, restaurants and pubs pizza and wine bars to enjoy at a short walking distance away. A quick tram ride to the MCG, Melbourne CBD or the beaches at Melbourne Bay

only a short walk to epworth hospital which was the purpose of my visit. The appartments are on swan street and the restaurants in close proximity were amazing. parking on the premises was great and the staff and communication was excellent.

there was only one thing I could fault and that was the room we were in was extremely noisey, not from street noise etc, the air conditioning unit was right outside the room in a small outdoor area, and it was exceptionally loud. we kept the air conditioner on to cool the room as not a lot of breeze came in and it was hot outside, but I had to get up and turn it off, too loud to sleep. I am an extremely light sleeper though. you could not sit outside the room with the air conditioner going as the hot air they expel outside was blowing right at the chair and warmed the area up a lot.

Richmond is a nice area to stay at during your trip to Melbourne (if you prefere to stay in less crowded areas, away from the CBD and more into were locals hang out). It hasa lot of restaurants, bars, etc. The Apartments were well located in rochmond. It was very well cared for. Facilities seemed pretty new. The room had a considerable size, with a balcony. Very nice natural lightning (with nice shades to keep light out in early morning). Quiet. We did not use the kitchenet, but it seemed very well sorted of apliances.

The apartment was clean and new. it felt spacious and the bed was super comfy. It had everything we needed and is in a convenient location, just a short walk or drive to great food options.

We couldn’t work out how to use the induction cooktop and couldnt find any instructions, nor work it out from a google search. Reception was closed at the time so we had nobody to ask. We ended up microwaving our meal which was pretty disgusting! Also, we had planned to buy from local coffee shops but the ones nearest were closed over the long weekend. In the circumstances a pod machine would have been nice to have instead of that terrible instant coffee. But these are minor quibbles, our stay was excellent and we would stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Caroline Apartments! We had a family/friends group of 6, and the rooms were so spacious for us to enjoy our stay comfortably! The location is perfect, walking distance to the Richmond restaurants & bars along Swan street. It was an easy tram into the CBD also. Thanks so much - We’ll definitely be staying again on our next trip to Melbourne!

Location is perfect for eating out and accessing the city and sporting precinct. design of the apartments is great.

The pillows were uncomfortable as they were too high and there was not a lower pillow available even though there were many pillows on each bed. The memory foam mattress became hot as the night went on and probably a quilted cotton mattress protector instead of the slippery polyester one underneath would alleviate this.

The room was nicely renovated and had everything we needed. Full kitchen provided a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cooking pans and utensils that allowed us to cook our own breakfasts. The Air con was perfect, with a large bathroom and a TV with all the latest movie and TV apps. Will definitely be re-visiting

Everything was great, although maybe some staple cooking oil in the cupboard would be handy for people who are staying
