Great location in a leafy street not far from the Melbourne CBD. I had a function in Northcote and it's a short walk from here to the Metro train line that heads through Clifton Hill/Northcote. I arrived via motorobike and the footpath is wide so plenty of room to park the bike on the street. Iron and ironing board in the room and worked well. Plenty of space.

The room is dated, the shower over bath is pretty comical and would be a challenge for some people to use due to having to step/climb into the bath. Works fine though, water hot.

Perfect stay, just what we needed for NYE. Check in was quick and easy, they even waited for us because we didn’t know reception closed at 5pm instead 7pm that day. Key is easy to use and can easily access apartment after hours. Aircon worked perfectly (we couldn’t find the remote for the first night, it’s behind the tv). Very spacious and massive bed (two singles together. Little kitchen setup if you wanted to prepare a simple meal and also comes with a cupboard and ironing equipment.

Look it was a little bit dated in decor but the pictures are exactly as they appear on the website - didn’t bother me at all. Bed and pillows are a little on the hard side but still did the job just fine. It was nice to watch tv while on the bed, its only free to air tv but any media is a bonus really and it felt like a nice time travelling experience watching bargain hunters with 2000’s furniture around us while having a 711 slurped. Windows needed double man power to shut. I could hear other people in the hallway at times but not while I was sleeping (I’m a light sleeper so was surprised I slept well both nights).

Fantastic location, in a pleasant, quiet street 15mins walk to the CBD or only 5 to the tram stop. Cheerful, helpful staff and good quality sheets and pillows, masses of hot water and toilletries. The kitchen had 2 hobs, a microwave, toaster and kettle.

The decor was a little tired and it is a pity the cups and glasses were not in matching pairs. There were cobwebs in some parts of the room and a former occupant's vaseline tub, open, under a table. Although not really dirty some aspects of the room"s cleanliness were poor.

I visited Melbourne just only for Nike Melbourne Marathon 2022. The accommodation is located on just next to the marathon start and finish place. The prices was very cheap on that days, compared to other places. Strongly recommend for who is looking for cheap and good enough to just stay for that kind of event. They do provide microwave in the rooms, so better than the hotels. It's kind of old place but it's service apartment and cheap, so better than back packers hotel for who is going to big running or other events. At the end, 1) Very close to the MCG. 2) Microwave in the room. 3) 7-Eleven is just at the corner. 4) Tram is juat at the corner. 5) Coles is just about 4 tram station away. 6) It's good enough for who is looking for just stay with cheap prices.

I liked everything there because I've worked this kind of accommodation before, so I could expected what's there like. However, some of them may don't like, 1) Old 2) Because it's old, it may looks dirty for some people At the end, if you are looking for places for luxury stay or honeymoon kind occasion, go to 5 star hotels.

The staff went above and beyond. We got last minute tickets to see Taylor Swift amd my sister couldn't get accommodation, Garry went above and beyond to help us out and got us a great room to share. Venue is a win walk to the hotel as well. I am forever grateful to Garry and his team for a fabulous stay, we will be back again.

Nothing everything was amazing

Central, clean, comfortable. I think the entire property was taken over by Foo Fighters fans and the guy in reception did an absolutely amazing job! He's a total legend and thank you for all your help!!

Room smelt a bit musty, but that's probably just me being picky. We had other friends staying in other rooms and there was nothing to complain about.'

The two standouts in the property was the location and the staff. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location is so close to transport, trams and trains and it’s very close to a convenience store where you can get anything you want. It’s also walking distance from the MCG. The apartment is well equipped with cooking facilities. All in all if we were to return to Melbourne we would stay here again and highly recommend others consider it. It’s not flash but it’s clean and very comfortable.

The customer service was exceptional. My husband and I were easily able to access our room after hours and check out before reception was open. Everything was very smooth and the room was very clean upon arrival.

The only thing we felt was missing was access to a smart tv but it was okay as we just looked up the TV guide to see what was on!

Very reasonably priced for being so close to Richmond and easy access to teams and aussie open which is the reason to stay there

It was clean and aircon good and needed. One thing was the hairdryer, it was filthy like it had never been wiped where people had held it. Weird that was my only issue . For those that need it, no lift

Nice, attractive, quiet location very close to MCG for Grand Final. Close to Restaurants, 7Eleven, Bottle shop, Gardens and Trams/Train station. Self-contained room was comfortable and clean. Manager was awesome, so friendly and obliging :-)

Apartments a little dated, toilet a little noisy when flushing.
