This is simply a fabulous hotel whose management has the rare skill of employing absolutely first-rate people. Robert at the front desk is simply the best!! The lovely lady who comes in after hours, who is studying International Relations, is a further example of the quality of the people working here to ENSURE guests have a friendly and fabulous stay. Added to that, the housekeeping staff are first rate and finally, the coffee lounge on the ground floor, Haus Espresso, served the best coffee we had in Melbourne as well as being the most friendly people. Great too for a quick snack.

Perfect location for us right beside the Epworth. Reception staff were friendly & very helpful. Studio room was very clean and well set out, and had everything we needed & more! We had to stay an extra night with little notice and the Manager’s assistance was exceptional in enabling us to stay in the same room, which was very much appreciated.

Difficult to find anything to dislike. If we were to be really picky I’d say the bottom of the shower door needs some mould remover but other than that the room was very clean. There’s no onsite parking so you have to juggle timed on street parking but we knew that before booking.

A few metres away from a Epworth hospital. Perfect if you travel from afar for a procedure or have a loved one to visit. Clean and comfortable with all basic amenities provided. Easy check in and check out. Also very close to the MCG. Just a short walk down Bridge Road. Has plenty of shops, restaurants and cafes to pick from. Trams and taxi rank right outside the door.

No parking on site, but information provided to car parks within 50-200metres at most. Was able to get a park easily while in football traffic. As this is in the CBD you will hear noise from trams and cars, but this is of course expected if you book accomodation in the CBD.

Excellent location (next door to the Epworth Hospital); Friendly, helpful staff; Keycard security made us feel safe; Range of lighting in the room; Range of readily available amenities; Comfortable king bed; USB ports; Free WiFi was very good; Plenty of room either side of the bed with bedside cabinets; Well designed shower with hand-held shower head.

A clothes airer would be a useful inclusion in the ironing board cupboard and may encourage visitors to reuse towels; The chair and stool at the small table were uncomfortable, so we used the bed as a couch for our stay; Only one towel rail and one hook in the bathroom; A slightly smaller second saucepan would be very useful; A Smart TV would be great, particularly for people who need to spend a lot of time in their room.

We loved this hotel. Very secure, brilliant modern decorated rooms and wonderful helpful staff. Spotlessly clean and great bathrooms. Qantas cancelled our flight home via text at 4.37am on the morning of our departure. We were able to arrange an extension with absolutely no fuss. Great location 10 mins walk to the MCG and retaurants galor andshops a few steps from the hotel. We will recommend it to all our friends.

not a thing Fabulous

We enjoyed our stay on most levels. Great service and very handy. We were comfortable and warm. The apartment was very clean and well lit.

Outside noise in the middle of the night every night (up until 11pm and then around 2am and early in the morning.) Lots of banging and crashing of metal, like the sound of dropping large metal skip bins. Outside voices shouting around 6am each morning, probably workmen. All this noise really did disturb our sleep. Internal noise was negligible. No complaints.

Everything about this hotel is amazing except the accommodation facing the bin storage. The staff, the facilities, the style, the comfort and all the little details including chocolates on your pillow, made the stay wonderful.

I was initially put in room 105 on the 1st floor facing the bin storage of the hospital. I barely slept with noise from the bin area all night long and a 7am awakening with the emptying of the bins into a truck. As I was on Perth time, 3 hours back, this was a hell of a shock after an already bad nights sleep. If I had remained in this room, my review would not be as positive. However I was moved to level 3 facing over the street and my remaining stay was wonderful.

The property is right next door to Epworth Hospital and was perfect for our stay. It’s a short walk to the MCG and is surrounded by some great cafes. One of the best showers I’ve ever used in a hotel and makes the most of limited space.

The plates, cups and cutlery were dirty. No housekeeping during short stays and the television was extremely basic - no facility to even cast to tv

Th location was easy to find with parking available at the Epworth Hospital next next. The room was modern & very clean. The bed was a King Size & very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size & the shower was huge. Amenities in our room were good not that we stayed long enough to use them. It had a stove a dish washer & coffee machine. The best part of the stay would have to have been how quiet the room was probably the best sleep in accomodation we have experienced.

Nothing to comment on enjoyed everything.

Great apartment hotel to stay when you want to go to concerts and sports games!! 10 Minutes walk to the stadium easy and secure access to the room. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I Also love the city view from the roof top! Highly recommend to visit when you have some spare time 😊
