Absolutely stunning views and very comfortable beds. Loved the bush walks on the river and the golf course with kangaroos. We enjoyed having a shared cottage with our friends so we could eat on the balcony together. We loved the breakfast provisions especially the muesli, and also the complimentary bottle of wine which was a very nice drop! We liked our visits from the cockies

Some areas needed attention eg outside light not turning on and off properly, dishwasher racks broken, heater not working in one bedroom, gas bottle for bbq empty, no fire lighters provided for the fire and it was impossible to get it alight without fire lighters (unless a girl guide!)

It was wonderful to have some local / organic produce for breakfast. The view was beautiful.. to wake up in the morning to all the birds singing and watch the kangaroos grazing.. Then in the evening you build your fire in the lounge and just relax. We were attending a wedding so we didn't get to relax and enjoy as much as we wanted. So there will definitely be a next time

The road leading to the cabins; the road is narrow difficult for two cars to pass - although there isn't much traffic the thought of an on coming car is scary. Also, it is a bumpy road.

Cottage was nice and cosy, the stay-in breakfast was great too. We liked that we had a private cottage to ourselves, that oversaw some wildlife (yes, we saw kangeroos/wallabies!) Check-in was a breeze, although we missed the check-in period. And we really appreciated the late check-out, which we requested. Overall, it's a perfect stay!

The hot water will run out, so something to take note if you're staying in a big group and planning to have a good soak!

The cottage was lovely for a weekend away, it had all amenities needed including a beautiful patio with bbq, TV, large double bed and fireplace (or AC if you're visiting in summer). The view from our cottage was stunning - kangaroos everywhere. A bonus was the golf course, which you'll receive a discount rate to play at. Also great was that you can park your car at the cottage door.

The property is a bit dated but not a bad thing at all.

Loved the serenity, such a lovely experience. They had absolutely everything you could think of, we went to the supermarket before hand but honestly didn’t need to as they had everything! The hamper was amazing also, wish I got one of each! And OMG underfloor heating in the bathroom 😍 that was amazing

My only thing was the doona was a bit light but it suited my partner fine as it gets toasty warm in there with the wood fire heater, but they did have spare blankets in the cupboard, I would have loved to have a big fluffy blanket to use if needed

Beautiful cottage set in the middle of a golf club. Facilities were up to date and clean with a well stocked kitchen plus a nice breakfast (muesli, bread, jam spreads, butter, etc...). We really liked the fire place which was a nice feature in the middle of winter. Kangaroos were roaming everywhere, what a beautiful sight

As we drove towards our property witin the golf course, some sections of the road was narrow but had large potholes which made it hard to drive; can do with some maintenance. But nothing major, just go slow and you'll be fine

Reception staff were wonderful, location was excellent. Got to check in an hour early (1pm). Wood fire was set up and ready to go for us. Breakfast hamper was already in our room ready for the morning. Portacot was also set up ready for bubs. It was very cold but it didn’t matter as bubs was able to press her face against the window and see lots of kangaroos! Kept her busy for a solid hour!!!

This is only an issue if you’re travelling with a small child. We stayed in one bedroom which had a gorgeous window overlooking the golf course. Our issue was at night if we closed the doors to the bedroom to stop light coming in the window, then we got cold as the heat was in the living space. If we left the doors open, we were warm but the light woke up bubs. There was a small portable heater but between the bed, the portacot and our stuff, not enough room to set it up a safe distance from the cot. Again, only an issue for parents

Such a beautiful and relaxing location and close to many wineries. We went for a lovely walk around the property near the river. We appreciated the bath robes and beautiful spa bath! Comfortable bed and kitchen facilities were all ok with continental breakfast and coffee. Our cottage had a lovely view over the golf course as well. It is a bit pricey but overall really enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully appointed with everything you need. Kitchenette, BBQ, log fire, comfortable beds, awesome bathroom with jacuzzi bath and great veranda to view the amazing wildlife. The location is so peaceful and relaxing but only a short drive to great restaurants and wineries.

Beautiful location and a fantastically accommodated cottage. Everything you need is there for a wonderful stay. The staff are so great, check in is beautifully handled with great communication. For those looking to explore the Yarra Valley there are so many great wineries within a 15 minute drive. The local wildlife is an added bonus.
