Very old fashioned but quite nice in its own unique way. The room was very clean and good value for money what was impressive was the Dorset gardens restaurant which had a senior meal which was very cheap and was really magnificent.

There are a few things that you have no control over when you stay at a motel like people leaving early in the morning there was a young woman there who obviously was suffering from mental health issues and was yelling out but that didn't bother me at all. The location is really good in that it's close to everything you need the only thing that I didn't see in the room was a microwave and there were no dishes for people to have breakfast apart from cups and plates for toast.

👍 Staff 👍 Comfy bed 👍Good entertainment close by 👍 Room had everything you need 👍 Parking right outside your room

👎 Slipped getting into the shower damaged my leg/bath was extremely slippy from cleaning product residue 👎 Loud music from the club until late 👎 Can hear other guests bumping uglys 👎 WiFi and TV apps didn't work in the room (called reception but it didn't get sorted)

Basic accommodation with almost everything I needed on the night. I was celebrating NYE at the Nightclub connected to the Hotel, so very convenient location wise The bed was very comfortable too. Reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

I was disappointed that the cost of the room had increased significantly since I'd last stayed. And then to find out my friends had paid $40 less for a room the same size was upsetting. I'd forgotten there was also no microwave, so I couldn't reheat my traveling dinner. Also, the lighting to apply my make up with was really bad, and the heat lamps couldn't be turned off, which was hard to deal with on a 30° + day....

The on site restaurant/bistro was handy. We paid an extra $50 for an upgrade on the room . Not real sure what that was but maybe the fact that our room was serviced and fresh towels everyday or that our room was upstairs. If we stood in the right spot we could get a glimpse of the mountain views through the trees.

Waiting over an hour for meals on 2 occasions and closer to 2 hours for our last meal there, watching other patrons come, eat and go while finishing our pre dinner drinks and the bottle of wine that we had bought to go with our meals long before the meals arrived. Excuse was our docket had been lost..... each time. Maybe once but not three times!! The meals were lovely when they finally did arrive.

Had room 18 this time, with the most comfortable bed ever. The heater works amazing just give it a minute to turn on and the shower head came off in the walk in double shower it's not just a normal size. Great room if you gave physical issues just let them know about it and they are awesome.

The brass soap holder in the amazing shower, As their is already a soap holder inbuilt into the wall. It's dangerous and hurts when u bang your head on if that was removed I would rate 10/10 but can't at the moment

The two rooms we had were very comfortable, staff very friendly, mostly Fijin Indians, seem to multitask all jobs, the bistro meals were well cooked, bonus for me we could get a seniors meals at much less cost.

The rooms do not have a Microvave, and no breakfast on site, had to travel a long distance to have breakfast. rooms only serviced partly, daily. carpets were very soiled, taps and fittings were below standard, toilet lights did not work.

For me personally it is a very good place to stay because this is close to where my mother lives in Montrose. It's very good accommodation it's always clean. The staff are very friendly they're always happy to remake your room I think it's a wonderful place to stay.

I didn't have any problems or concerns with their accommodation everything was fine

The place is still great to stay at but it is starting to age. It wasn't booked out even though the Hotel was busy. The rooms are comfy but the bed was a little old by feel. However, it is still one of the best showers to be had.

The bed could have been firmer and the air conditioner was a little dated. It had to shut down and rest every now and then. Not by thermostat but by stress.

Location to everything. Having the club just at our doorstep was brilliant. The staff at hotel reception were amazing super lovely. The 2 bedroom apartment with a double spa bath was excellent! So much room. A tv in both rooms was excellent. Can’t say even about the room.

Food was great. Staff was excellent. Good parking. Quiet room and easy place to find.

Rooms are in need of a good refurbishment as they are very outdated and in poor condition. Old taps, broken Venetians and cracked plaster. Shower over the bath which is very hard to get in and out of when you are aged.
