Helpful, extremely generous. Rob gave me a small can of WD40 to fix the door lock on my van that was sticking with the key. Fixed it. Rob insisted I take the can with me, in case it happened again. Very generous. Thank you Rob. Audrey also made sure room was cleaned each day. Unit was very clean and fresh. Great central location, easy walk to the lake shore, or cafes and eateries.

I would like to have the parking space in front of each unit allocated to that unit, even numbered so it's clear. That is parking bay 3 to unit 3, rather than park anywhere as I'd been told. I had to park at the end of the units on my departure day and had to carry my heavy bags to my car at the end of the motel (in front of unit 9) as the parking bay in front of my unit had been taken by someone else and all other nearby bays were occupied. Most other motels I've stayed at allocate the parking in front of each unit to that unit which I think is a better idea, especially if it's raining, or you're going back to and fro to the car to get things. This is a very, very minor complaint / suggestion from me.

Very clean and tidy. Great location. Very friendly hosts who were very helpful and accomodating . Delicious breakfasts brought to the room. Simple accomodation but comfortable and well maintained.

A little outdated but it’s value for money and exactly what you expect.

Having stayed in Yarrawonga for many years, the Belmore was great surprise! Our room had everything we needed, great aircon for the summers days, a much needed microwave and on-top of that, the staff were absolutely lovely! Great location which meant we didn’t need to use our car at all whilst we were there.

Close to shops, restaurants and clubs, was surprisingly quiet being on a main street. Warm and comfortable during our winter stay and Close to many places we visited.

The location was excellent, the appointments were good, the unit was vey clean and the hosts were were very friendly and accommodating. The hot water was probably the best I have experienced.

The location is in the city centre. Close to shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heating was good and heated up our room very quickly despite being a cold day.

It was exactly what we needed and expected.

First rate room as clean as can be. Perfect central location. Great walking and eating options at the doorstep. Lovely and helpful host made us feel most welcome.

aircon wasn’t fantastic but ok. we probably needed to open door and window to let the hot air out earlier or put it on earlier in day so we didn’t have such a hot night.

it was really clean and tidy. And it was a pretty room! the colours were lovely, the little plant on the table, the nice bed spread. I really liked it and will stay there again.

The only thing I could say bothered me at all, and really, it didn’t bother me much at all, only to notice it, was how loud the a/c was. But really, that is very petty! I was so grateful for how cool the room was on such a hot couple of days.

The location was great it was in the heart of the town so close to banks , restaurants & shops. The room was spotless, comfortable beds, TV, fridge, kettle, toaster even an iron and iron board The owners were very nice and friendly. My husband & myself had breakfast every morning and the food was cook perfectly.
