Losari Retreat

This is a very special accomodation, an opportunity to stay in a private villa overlooking a lake on a horse ranch. Its a few miles from town so very private and secluded. romantic setting with animals birds etc. the owners of the ranch were very gracious and even invited us to a neighborhood gathering at the check in office where we got to meet some of the local landowners. Stunning sunsets over the lake. relative close to the major wineries and winery restaurants. Theres no office staff at night but the villas are so well equipped and provisioned that we didnt see the need to venture out at nighttime. great hot tub on the outdoor deck overlooking the lake is very private, cant be seen from other units.

My wife and I enjoyed every single thing about this retreat and couldn’t fault it in any way. We stayed for 3 nights and wanted to stay for more. We especially enjoyed how well maintained and clean the rooms and gardens were. Well done to the gardeners. The little things that made the stay so much more exceptional were being able to get fresh eggs and herbs / veges from the vegetable garden. Whilst doing so can have a lovely cuddle with the cows and lamb inside. My wife especially loved Bailey. This has taken number 1 for our favourite retreat and we will be back. Thank you to the lovely owners and groundskeepers for making our stay so special.

Nothing to fault what so ever.

Jacuzzi!! It was very luxurious to start the day in the Jacuzzi. Listening birds whistle, surrounded by big trees and having a look at the sunrise. Big kitchen, the view from the dining table, the quietness. We enjoyed seeing beautiful family of the fairy wren in front of the window while we had breakfast each morning. Sometime Lia visited at the door as well : ) The huge bathroom was also one of the hits for us with two heated towel racks. The beautifully presented bedroom with the aromatherapy diffuser was also very calming. As an animal lover, I was very happy to see all the animal were so happy playing and enjoying their peaceful lives. Our teenage daughter also enjoyed visiting the lovely chickens everyday.

Everything was just perfect. Thank you very much for your hospitality. We will definitely back!

It was calming, relaxing and away from the crowds. We loved the animals, being able to access the fresh veggies and eggs. Lia and the other dogs were awesome. They always appeared when we had time for a pat and a cuddle. The horses were great to watch. The ducks and other wildlife were entertaining as we relaxed on the deck or in the spa. Susie and Ian are brilliant hosts and made us feel very welcomed.

No criticism at all. Suggestion would be to add a full length mirror in the villa.

Superb, magnificent and memorable to say the least! Last week we enjoyed a peaceful honeymoon in the picturesque, classy hideaway we know as Losari Retreat. This hidden gem is concealed from public which is perfect for those who want a romantic setting. Our luxury villa was pleasantly surrounded by deciduous trees, scenic lakes, luscious fields, friendly horses, native birds and breathtaking Mother Nature. This deluxe style villa remained cool on warm days and has a great heating system for when the wind gusts and rain rolled in. The warm spa was such a treat for us both who not going to lie it was excellent even on cold days too - just add a foot rub and some wine and you’re in heaven hehe!! At night when it got late we would find ourselves retreating inside to visit the grand double-head shower together, which was my favourite feature of all! The privacy factor at Losari Retreat is greatly sustained and we didn’t hear or see others on our entire honeymoon - it literally felt like we were the only two people in the world. Location is not far from Margaret River where you can find yourself fine dining at restaurants, frolicking thru wine tastings, over indulging in free-samples at the vast amount of gourmet factories, swimming, surfing and of course our favourite THE CAVES (We even got engaged in one a while back) The facilities themselves inside the villa seem brand new and are very clean and well kept with no wear and tear at all! We additionally were quite mesmerised by the heated towel rack and floor tiles in the bathroom which just added that extra high-class touch especially when the temperature would drop at night since we went in late autumn. We had booked a honeymoon photoshoot and Losari Retreat was the exquisite location for us to capture some intimate, memorable moments for our wedding album and we are grateful our photographer was welcome on the grounds to capture these unforgettable memories.

Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality during our incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay in your lovely unit (villa flori). No stone was left unturned in making us feel right at home with your beautiful dogs, horses, your incredible veggie garden along with those very product chickens, we so enjoyed the fresh eggs and tasty home grown veggies. Wow your estate is mind blowing. So a huge thank you for allowing us the time to spend our vacation with y’all, you’re generosity and kindness made every moment delightful and unforgettable…

Great secluded bush location

Just required a little more in the mini bar like maybe chips chocolates and juices etc we have stayed at several other high end boutique style accommodation and these are the normal and don’t have to purchase additionally. Also being in the wine region the room requires a wine chiller for the wine so it can be poured while enjoying the spa also some metal cooking tongs and spatula etc for the bbq as plastic doesn’t do so well with the heat

Private secluded villas set in beautiful grounds, our stay at Losari was above expectations. It was the smaller details that set this place apart from warm greeting on arrival, helpful tips for places to see during our stay to the beautiful wash and body products and the snip of fresh flowers in the room.

The villa was just amazing, everything was so clean and exactly what we needed for a weekend away. Thank you for the complimentary bubbles! The view definitely was wonderful from the patio and so many birds came to visit!

Very little can be criticised about the property because it is exactly what it looks like and worth the pricetag. We didn't use the eco fire that much because it did get too warm and the fuel smelt a little, but when it was on it gave the villa a lovely ambience.

The place is so nice, our villa (Juniper) was beautiful, comfy, private, quiet and surrounded by nature. Location is perfect, very close to Margaret River and very central for visiting all the area.

The breakfast was good and nice but was too much expensive, I expected some preparation but it was more like we went to the groceries store, what we should have done, it would have cost less. But it’s a detail.
