The room was nice, clean, and spacious, with a balcony and a great view The spa services were excellent. Half-board represented good value for money. Breakfast and dinner were very good and we found the staff at the restaurant very attentive and extremely friendly. The hotel offers a very convenient free parking The location is a bit far from the town center, but we considered it a plus in terms of privacy and beautiful surroundings

A minor issue: the air extractor timer in the bathroom did not work

Room was very cosy and clean. Staff was super friendly, every person in the hotel was always nice to us. The dinner was very tasty, full of flavours and gorgeously presented on the plate. We enjoyed the pool (nice warm, also the air temperature was warm), and also the saunas are great!

The breakfast was good but a little bit boring. It was the same everyday, and some rotation could make it better, The kids club could have a renovation and some more toys. We didn't spend much time there, because we spent almost the whole day skiing.

We stayed for one week, with breakfast and dinner included. Food was great and plentiful, specially that every day between 2:30 and 4 pm they were serving complimentary cakes and salads. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. During our stay, we used almost all facilities like: swimming pool, saunas, billiard, tennis court, table tennis and we enjoyed every one of them. All staff were very professional and extremely polite, but we want to give special thanks to Miroslav, who served our meals in his unique way and made our experience very enjoyable with his kindness. We would like to come again at this hotel.

I would suggest to leave some bottles of water at the Reception, just in case some guest will need it during night (12am - 6am).

The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and every day with new towels for spa and bathroom The SPA was very clean and comfortable. I liked the breakfast, a big variety, delicious.

I was with friends and we all complained about the pillows, quite uncomfortable. Out of 5 nights only one dinner (which was buffet) we liked. It wasn't bad, but not good either, i would say it was quite mediocre. for the quality of the hotel and services, i really think that the food needs improvment.

The hotel and its staff helped us with all our dog-related requests. They offered different meals during dinner, which were all delicious. Breakfast buffet offered a wide-variety of food Afternoon snack is simple but still important and delicious The interior of the hotel and our room were comfortable and pleasantly decorated. Outside the hotel are 2 parks (Dog-Park and Kids-Park) nearby belonging to the hotel itself. We had a great overall stay! Refreshments after Sauna are also a huge plus. Sauna itself is a bit small compared to the hotel size, but the space for relaxing and resting is appropriate

The spa area was excellent, especially the Finnish sauna and cool pool / shower in front. Turkish sauna was exciting too with a changing fragrance every day. Everything was relatively easy which was important as I used the hotel as a base for hikes in the mountains. Room was big and the beds comfy.

Food was a bit generic and bulky at the breakfast and dinners. A lot of healthy options though which was very nice. Service in the restaurant was also a bit weird at times. Room was very hot during the heatwave with no AC making it uncomfortable to fall asleep.

This was our second visit in this hotel and again we were very satisfied with the service. Food was amazing, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice lobby bar with the afternoon snack or evening cocktails.

The only negative aspect was room cleaning - our stay was from wednesday to sunday and the cleaning was usually (except thursday) performed in the afternoon, when we got back to the room after skiing. Therefore we said there is no need to clean the room on friday. On saturday we left to the swimming pool and meanwhile there was a cleaning in our room - we got new bathrobes (not needed) but on the other hand we missed small towels and clean glasses. Not big problem, but the cleaning was a little bit illogical.

The hotel is very nice, with comfortable rooms, great bathroom, very clean. The breakfast is perfect, even the coffee! The snack in early afternoon is not special, but good enough to allow to wait for dinner without any problem!

We visited the hotel for the 3rd time because our previous experience was perfect. We were a bit disappointed because the dinner was not a self service any more. The variability of the food did not reach the quality we used. But the greatest disappointment was the presence of the animals in the hotel. Having dinner together with all dogs is really inappropriate!

I am happy that I chose to stay at your hotel and I definitely will come again. Every thing at your hotel was perfect. I love averting in this hotel

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area with lots of activities around Bad Gastein. It was nice in sunny weather but also in rainy periods. Great place to relax

The hotel hosts groups of kids training in tenis. A bit noisy for us, but the management carefully moved us in another floor. In the end we had a good time and we are grateful to our hosts.
