The room was very nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable, all very clean, very good acustic isolation, super location. We have remained 100% satisfied with room and facilities

The restaurant buffets at breakfast and dinner are excellent both for quality and variety. But for 2 out of 4 dinners we had serious problems receiving the main course a' la carte. We waited almost an hour to get the course, and in one case my wife renounced it because the appetite already faded past 50 min of waiting. It was a real pity and it ruined our experience

Big and nice spa. Spacious hotel, big rooms (shower in a bathtub however). Really all very nice and by far the best hotel on the piste. The people are all very friendly especially in the lounge area.

The food menu in the lounge should be more diverse, some real good dishes, meats and veggies. No healthy options for little children. Also a schnitzel should not be made in a deep fryer when you are a fancy chique hotel. The children area should have more toys but it is nice it is even there. The lounge area is good but the chairs and especially the couch are uncomfortable. The shower is not inviting to take a good relaxing shower.

The whole stay was exceptional! We were impressed by how friendly they are with pets - at the entrance bowls of water and dog food, towels, we even received a welcome kit with bowl, blanket, bags and a map where we can walk the dog! Great location, nice spa, modern and spacious rooms, very clean, delicious breakfast, very kind and friendly staff - Especially Harry!

The whole stay has great, from many points one was exceptional - the breakfast! Absolute super staff and the whole hotel and its location will make us definitely to return also in winter season.

We would appreciate the hotel considers to build a kids playroom as this was the only thing we really missed and would make the hotel a complete best place to come for us.

Luxury hotel situated at the mountain base and next to the gondola station and bus stop. Popular with mountain bikers and hikers of all ages. Staff at the hotel were extremely professional. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. We did not use the wellness facilities.

Should have stayed longer

Hotel is a big ski complex Room - was great and with a beautiful view Breakfast and dinner - very tasty. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is a mix (buffet and a la carte). Location - just 2min walk from the main lift in Fieberbrunn. Very close to near shops like Billa etc. Staff - was very helpful and basically everyone knows English Parking - lot of parking space outside and hotel has underground parking as well

Chec-in took a bit long (there was a queue for to the front desk)

Amazing place & drinks at the bar and amazing staff, especially Harry and Calin. Cheers guys! There is a gift for dogs at reception - bowl, blanket and poop bags. Also lots of dog treats from Harry. :) Many kinds of saunas at free wellness.

At winter is a bit pricey - but ideal for summer vacation.

The hotel is huge, the rooms are new and nice. There's free parking, the rooms have a fridge and a kettle. Good at breakfast and dinner is good, lots of variety. The reception is very nice and friendly.

The app that the hotel asks you to use to manage dinner/ breakfast reservations is extremely annoying and poorly done.

Excellent location, the hotel team is really friendly and they do their best to comfort the guests

Some hotels include the (relatively expensive) cost of the cable car to surrounding mountains, maybe also this hotel could consider a similar program?

Breakfast lunch and dinner is extremly perfect quality. Stunning environment. The staff is friendly.

Lunch packet replacing breakfast could be developed.
