Excellent location, food, relaxing facilities. I am not visiting the hotel for the first time and I would go again.

Not that I don't like it, but I would recommend having more variety of food in the evening for children.

We came here very spontaneously and were absolutely blown away by this beautiful hotel! Even though it’s a very big resort, we felt very private and well taken care of. the service team at Vaya does an outstanding job, I’ve never seen such a well organized place. Our room was literally perfect and all the materials feel very modern and high quality. Especially the breakfast buffet is simply amazing and offers literally everything.

The Spa facilities are beautiful, but quite crowded on weekends and the afternoons. We figured out that coming around lunch time or dinner time is best. Besides this tiny inconvenience, this place is a gem!

Very beautiful hotel with a stylish interior. we had a one bedroom apartment, and it had everything you need to live. beautiful and useful kitchen, pretty comfortable and big enough rooms. and of course the view was amazing. Breakfast was very good with a plenty of choices. Fish and cheese were amazing. at the evening we had an opportunity to visit a concert, that was really nice. we will certainly come again

there’s just one sauna and one pool ( inside and outside one). but it’s open till 22:00 :) when there’s kids inside it was a bit loud:)

location and the style of the building and how clean

privacy is almost 0 especially using a very important part if the facility which was the balcony or the terrace

+ very clean + beautiful area + kind staff + nice complex of buildings + the suite was awesome with a big balcony but open spaces so not quite private room in the balcony + food was good for the quantity, menu was delicious

- less vegan options but it’s nice that there are some available - the buffet wasn’t as good as the menu - pool was a little too small for letting kids play ball there and share for relaxation - no privacy at the sauna area to other spa or pool users or people at the parking area

2 bedroom apartment is stylish and super equipped. There is everything on the kitchen you need, even wine cooler!

You have to book massage and dinner long ahead your stay! It is not possible to get any additional services on spot, everything is fully booked! Most of the reception staff is absolutely not professional.

- In the wellness no nuts, no dried fruits, no teas or other snacks in the SPA. Only water and lemon. - The view from the room was not in accordance with the pictures of the room on Booking.com. However, the lady at the reception was very nice and changed the room.

Quite a new building and modern look. Has a pool and sauna’s.

Maintenance lacked of attention. Paintwork in the room needed a touch. Paying 8,- a day for parking on top of the 200,- a room/night, seriously?

excellent room, great spa facilities and delicious breakfast

We had buffet for dinner twice (bbq and traditional food). Sadly there were not so many nice vegetarian options - but appetizers and dessert were enough anyways. And considering COVID safety I didn’t feel super comfortable as I didn’t see anyone keeping distance or using disinfectant at the buffet.

We stayed three bedroom apartment with Sauna. Staff was nice , friendly and responsive for any questions and requests Our room did not have enough bathrobes. I contacted receptionist and reacted immediately thank you Marton!! Well equipped apartment. Great view from our balcony.

Lots of big families with small children. Bit noisy around pool as parents let them scream
