We stayed at the Tirolia 3 years ago, then Hilton, and we were maybe a little anxious that we wouldn't like it as much as then. But the opposite was true. We even loved it more! The lobby, gym and yogarooms did have a spectacular renovation, a coffee station in the lobby served free cappucino's to go the entire morning, lovely gym and yogalessons free to participate throughout the day and I believe the best hotelspa in the world. Very dogfriendly. The rooms again were amazing. It's so comfortable! I would describe the interiour as authentic Austrian with a very modern but superiour warm twist. All staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We choose this hotel because it's great with a dog, the location is about 1 km off the main road and it is superquiet. There are several restaurants you can choose from and food and drinks are also absolutely great and very affordable!

We both had 2 massages each and the wellnessrooms are, compared to all the other spaces, not renovated. Especially here you expect a warm and cosy atmosphere. They're not ugly, but compared to all the other area's, not very cosy either. Would recommend to upgrade them too.

There was a spider in the sink in bathroom. But we found common agreement and signed peace pact, so all good in the end.

There are many beautiful hotels in the Tyrol region but not many hotels are blessed with an amazing staff that makes sure you feel at home and meets all the special requests and different needs of its guests. Special thanks to George the restaurant manager who made sure at every meal that my son had something to eat and to the lovely Leia from the reception, special thanks to Egan who greeted us warmly and made sure we enjoyed every minute. Beyond the wonderful staff, the hotel is beautiful, clean, the deluxe rooms are large and well maintained. Highly recommended!

No air conditioning in the rooms. The summer in Europe is becoming hotter every year

Excellent hotel all round, impossible to find a fault! One of the best breakfast buffets ever, everything fresh and good quality (al least 10 types of juices and smoothies, for instance), tasty and interesting dinner (half board), good wine list and signature cocktails. Amazing pool (25 meters for the outdoor one), and I was on my own most of the time. Ski bus reliable and fast, we never waited much.

The room was a bit hot, even when we switched off the heating. I don’t think there was aircon. The standard room has limited closet space, and is a bit small, the water was not replenished in the fridge.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, great value for money. It has a unique design concept mixing modern and traditional ideas. The spa is huge and practical. The breakfast buffet is also extensive. Parking garage on the property. Big rooms, nice tablet based options like room service.

Only one minor issue was that at check-in I was told the spa closes at 9pm, which is correct, but they did not mention all sauna and steam rooms are shut down at 8pm already. You can still visit them but they will not be very warm anymore. So I ended up having to skip the spa and just swim in the pool.

Everything was good. Breakfast with a lot of choices. Room with a terrace, big room, comfortable bed. We had traveled with a dog, and he was warmly met in the hotel! I wish I had had time to go to the SPA zone, but I didn't, it looked relaxing. There are a lot of hiking trails, just one thing, it is better to go to the city by car and then go to the trail. Very bad idea to walk straight from the hotel.

If I want to go somewhere from the hotel I have to use a car or a taxi.

Beautiful location with nice mountain views. Very spacious and newly renovated rooms. Huge gym and yoga area, and very nice pool and spa area. Amazing golf course.

No climate control (air-conditioning) in the room, as the sun had been shining directly at the room all day, it was then impossible to cool it down for the night, resulting in a poor sleep. Not possible to sit outside and enjoy the breakfast, this does not work on a summer day in the mountains. Might just be because of the constructions, but never the less not great. The room communication system, where you don't have a phone and everything goes over an iPad is not ideal, an old school phone is also needed for quick calls to the reception.

Everything was almost perfect except for minor details! The staff very polite and willing to help. The location is good for a hotel outside Kitzbühel! The rooms are clean and most of the facilities new!

1. The lights in the suite turn on and off in a complicated way in groups (not individually) through a screen without english menu. 2. The ski rental in the hotel gave us crappy skis. When i returned them 2 days earlier because they where truly so bad, and simply asked for store credit (not a refund) they declined and offered me not in a polite way another pair of crappy skis.
