Location was absolutely perfect, right in the centre of Linz, two minutes walk from the pedestrian street and main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had three rooms and some had new bathroom while another had an old one but in full working condition and clean. When one of the door locks was stuck and I emailed the staff and they phoned and messaged immediately and rectified the problem remotely.

No kettle to make a coffee.

We get the room number and the codes for the doors when we chech-in before we get to the hotel. Easy to get in afterwards even without any personnel. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. No problem with the bathroom.

The windows of the room looked to the street, which is extremely noisy. Impossible to sleep with open windows. If you close it, the room gets hot. There is a noisy ventilator in the room that does not help too much.

It is at the heart of Linz. Lots of shops and foods downstairs. Danube is moment away. Tram is 1 min walk away. All locks (front and room locks) are digital with passcodes. I filled the online check-in form before arrival and was given my room number and all the required passcodes. I think it is very smart and should be the future of many hotels. I can see there are lockers, bike storages, and sitting area but I didn't use these. The room is quite spacious.

TV not working. It looks a bit basic but I know what I am getting. Reminder: It is at the hear of Linz which means it is 20 mins walk from Linz hbf.

Central location. Free parking in weekend in closer areas. Close to restaurants and many POI's. Room (211) have a modern design with comfortable beds. Bathroom was also clean, modern walk in shower and well equipped.

Online check-in emails were in SPAM and I was not aware till the hotel door that I have to perform it online. This could be saved with the big display available at entrance for having checking and by cleaning ladies very helpful to support and clarify. Maybe I have ignored some information from details of reservation.

Fair room for the price, the online check-in was very convenient.

There is no front desk staff available. For instance, during check-out, you can't simply leave your luggage as you would in a typical hotel. Additionally, there was no breakfast option, and although there was a vending machine, it had run out of water.

the room was very cosy and cute ! The neighborhood was calm even if it was in the center, the common room are very nice, and the staff was very gentle and helpful and the bed was comfy !

Good and spacious room with confortable beds and pillows. Next to city center and Linz main square with public transport all around. Good for one night stay.

There is no reception and the check in must be done online and you get your code only after the check in time starts. The lockers are not big enough for larger luggage

In the city centre, close to everything. Comfortable and very clean room. Contactless but simple check-in procedure. Parking is free on weekends. Delicious Asian food restaurants nearby.

Noisy at night because it's in the centre. The bed wasn't very good. No fridge in the room.

Great location just off the main shopping stretch and few bars and restaurants nearby. The shower was really nice, even if the towels a little small.

Quite a lot of noise from the trade going on outside, but I was trying to have a lay in after a late night.

Registration system is quite time consuming and requires much more information than other hotels. Requiring a copy of ID card of everyone (including kids) is just too much.
