The Ullrhaus is sheer class. Thomas and his team are expectional - so personable, accommodating and lovely to talk to. The food was outstanding (they even made us a Michelin star fine-dining vegan meal - bespoke - for our dinner - it was incredible. The decor is gorgeous, the bar with central fire pit is one of the most inviting hotel bars I have ever been to - gorgeous to sit in and read/work/snooze - whatever takes your fancy. Occasional live music too. The spa is sensational - huge underground lap pool, two saunas at set temperatures and a steam room and the added bonus of a relaxation room with comfy chairs and loungers to snooze on or read...ski boot room is exceptional - you have your own heated lockers and the room is right next to x2 gondolas going up either side of the mountain - I cannot emphasise how superb the location is - it's the best of any hotel in the whole of St Anton. The hotel is new (2021 open) and is already the best in the area - don't bother even looking at anywhere else!

There is no recuperative-ventilation system in the room. This is the only downside to this hotel.

This place was overall phenomenal. Beautiful spa, spotless, great design, great staff, great food, excellent location.

The views weren't that good! and the balcony not private so if you like having a coffee on the balcony in your bathrobe looking at the mountains, you will not get that experience here. We got woken up in the middle of the night by a fire alarm and had to stand outdoors freezing, no staff in sight, no way to contact anyone. Eventually the fire brigade came but it was a confusing experience. So night porter would have been appreciated.

Breakfast was AMAZING!! Such a huge variety of delicious foods on the breakfast buffet, and also hot eggs to order too. Staff were all wonderful, so friendly, and couldn't do enough for you. The spa area was very relaxing... only wish they also had a jacuzzi, but you can't have everything!! The town had some really great Apres ski bars and restaurants and was pretty, and pleasant to go out and explore. Location, and variety of ski lifts was very very easy, as was locations for ski/boot hire.

Nothing... only the slushy snow conditions, but that's not the fault of the hotel or resort, simply the weather...

Single beds pushed together to make a double with ineffective mattress topper (we had to ask for this) and two single divers. No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Very expensive restaurant for dinner and a limited snack menu. These were the only things we didn’t like.

We were housed in room towards the Adler ski shop where the containers for ski’s were brought in at 7am. Sleeping with an open window will wake you up quite early. Sun on balcony all morning makes up for this tiny disturbance.

The breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety. Dinner was very good as well. Drinks were more pricy than expected. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel has 40 rooms so ideal and not too ctowded. Location perfect. Sankt Anton is in summer a beautiful place to stay and there are lots of activities to do (hiking, e-mountainbike, tiroler Abend 😂). We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend to friends or family. We hope to come back in the future. Thank you to the whole team of Ullrhaus for giving us a great time!

Breakfast was amazing and we really liked the pool, steam room and sauna.. great way to relax after a long hike. Great mojitos and local red wine at the bar.

Door handle to balcony was broken and toliet seat was very high (not comfortable). No hair conditioner available in the bathroom. The evening meal options are quite expensive. The car park was crowded.

Everything about this hotel was beyond exceptional. The location is so close to the main chair lifts and the main strip with all the bars and restaurants. The garage was secure and had soft background music. The hotel has beautiful decor and art work. The breakfast is amazing and even includes champagne! The staff were all fantastic. The hotel is new and modern. Everyrhing is very well designed and thought out. The rooms have different coloured towels so everyone knows whose towel belongs to who. The wastebin has a slow release lid so it makes no slamming noise when it shuts. The shower has super hot water and high pressure. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was large. Room was quiet. Bathrobe and slippers provided. Hotel can organise ski lifts. They provide discount for ski hire. Spa area was great. Secure ski storage in lockers downstairs which didnt smell!

The only recommendation i would suggest is to put towel hooks closer to the shower
