Spacious apartment, good condition of all furniture and accessories prepared.

The host (?) behaved impolitely during breakfast. She was arguing in front of all people eating that we used too much light in the bathroom. This was true since our 1-year-old child was awake most of the night, but for her, the most important thing was that it is not acceptable, as electricity is too expensive and we cannot do that...

- the only little issue was the fact, that we were there with bikes and there is no lockable space to store bikes safely. While the area seems to be very safe, still it is slightly risky to keep quite expensive bikes outside overnight.

Breakfast was nice, the apartment was spacious and warm, kitchen is nice and well equipped, quiet area for good night sleep.

I didn't like having 4 days same towels, there was no products to clean the floor or the bathroom and pillows are way to big. Also, in the apartment there wasn't extra blankets nor pillows.

Quirky small family run hotel, but extremely nice people and excellent huge room, including large sofa, good sized kitchenette (including cooker, fridge and dishwasher) and balcony. All kitchen utensils also provided. Very comfortable . Good location for motorway and nice views, including of schloss at top of nearby mountain. Very good value for money and would highly recommend it.

In first floor “apartment” and no lift, so didn’t bother taking large suitcases from car to the room. Only stayed one night so not significant.

The apartment we got was very spacious, everything looked freshly renovated and nice. They wer able to accommodate us with our 18kg dog. Breakfast was good, the eggs were excellent. Parking was always available and personal friendly. Location was excellent, close to Villach with an amazing view of the castle.

The apartment could have been a bit more clean, there were dead and alive flies when we arrived (due to no nets against insects on the windows) and there was no sweets at the breakfast.

The room was large and very well equipped, a large shower in a big bathroom was a great bonus, on site parking and single key access to front door and room made for an easy stay.

Breakfast wasn't available until 7:30 and we needed to be away by 7:00am, this was an extra so no money lost.

Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice room, we stayed only for one night while traveling but enjoyed it.

Nothing much, but if you stay longer maybe the walls are a little thin. We could hear our neighbors pretty well. But it didn’t bother us much.

Small and management of the place were extremely friendly and happy.

No mosquito screens. We wanted it to be cool at night and had the shutters open but mosquitos bugs were biting us all night.

Everything. Our studio apartment was beautiful and funtional. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were kind and warm. Location is perfect if you're going skiing in Gerlitzen and you can visit Villach in a 10 min car drive.

Breakfast was delicious. Location is close to the city and really near to the lake.

There we not enough kitchenware to cook.
