B&B Hotel Villach

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the railway station, even on foot, and also to bus stops if you are thinking about visiting the outer parts of the city or the inner city. Kerstin was at the front desk on the day of my arrival and she is an absolutely wonderful and kind host, who made me feel absolutely welcome. The room is nice and clean and very practical, perfect for its value. The place is also pleasantly quiet. I would absolutely recommend it.

It should be indicated that towels and even a hairdryer are provided in the rooms (I could not see these listed but how great!).

Self check-in was easy. Room was well prepared for us. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was tasty.

As it was transfer hotel for our trip to Slovenia we had some food and drinks with us and would appreciate, if there was at least small fridge available. The hotel cleaning staff came to our room twice before check out time (11:55AM) to check, if we are gone already. I understand they usually have limited time to clean all the rooms, but the hotel was not overcrowded and this was a bit stressful. We left the room at 12AM exactly.

Great value-for-money hotel, centrally located (just 10 walking minutes from Villach city center), easy access, free parking facilities, comfy beds, useful vending machines in the lobby. Lots of supermarkets and gas station just around the corner. Rooms are quiet and noise-proof. Firm Wi-Fi connection with easy access. The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

Just a minor issue, I personally do not like rooms with carpeting (guests could suffer from allergies and the floor can't be very clean)

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was blown away by the level of service I received. The room was cosy and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. This is my next stay at this hotel. I choose it because of its good location by the highway, proximity to the city center, to go for a walk after a long journey, and also because of the very close proximity to Lidl and Billa supermarkets. The service is professional, the rooms neat, clean and adequately equipped.

The room was well designed, comfortable and had everything I needed. Everything was clean. WiFi worked very well. The check-out was very well arranged, as you simply walk out. The location is not very central, but it is still possible to reach the downtown or main train station with an easy walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and the supermarket Lidl is nearby.

All good things were also reflected in the price which was a bit high.

One of the best B&B hotels I have had the opportunity to stay in. Great value for money. Very well designed rooms and bathrooms. Space used perfectly and arranged very functionally. Very clean everywhere. Nice personnel. 24-hour check-in. Large parking lot. Great breakfast. Close to the center of the old town (10 min walk).

I liked everything.

We stayed over for 1 night while on our way to Croatia. We loved everything about our stay! One of our family members is in a wheelchair so we thought it would be a challenge, what with the E- Rolli being large and heavy, but It was so easy! . Friendly staff, clean, really comfy beds, slept like babies, WiFi was great, breakfast buffet was a great variety and opened at 6:30. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great place to stay for Night in transit to Toscany. Clean, quite spacious for BB hotels. Located 1 min from gas station with 2 electric car chargers. And 2 small markets Billa And Lidl. As a bonus you nice view for the mountine. Dogs are welcome. We did not pay extra. parking is also free.

The room was great with a large bed for myself and my husband and bunk beds for our kids. Everyone was comfortable. It was quite large by European standards.

There is no kettle in the room so we had to go out for our morning coffee instead of making some in our room.
