The apartment was changed before our arrival and nobody told us about that. Was a little misunderstanding during the check in. The flat itself was very beautiful, spacious and very clean. Close to the metro. 30 min to the city center.

No nothing in the apartment upon our arrival, not even tea or some fruits, it could have been a bit more welcoming. Also strange thing - the bathroom is in one part of the apartment and the toilet - in the opposite. Not so important, but not too comfortable at the same time. We also asked for additional towels, and didn’t get it.

Great location, 2 min walk from underground stop. Clean, well furnished apartment with everything needed for 4 night stay. We requested a cot for our infant which was made with bedding ready when we arrived. Kitchen fully equipped, bathroom well stocked including hair dryer. Quiet and comfortable. Shops just meters from front door.

Outdoor terrace area could do with a bit of upkeep

The room was very clean, tidy and spacious. Very close to two subway stations. Everything what was needed was in the apartment, very comfortable bed (to be honest that was the first one that I didn't have a problem to sleep in, on the first night). Chinese restaurant on the other side of the street, right across the entrance. Penny market next to the building with appartment.

Keys return could have been described in English as well and necessity of writing up the guest card could have been mentioned in the message - i wasn't sure if I should fill it in

Perfectly located at the U1 station, which directly drives into the city (Bezirk 1) where lot of tourist attractions are. Comfort of beds fine, also the couche.

There was no kitchen towel, so it's important to bring one for you. In general, the kitchen equipment is perfect and sufficent enough for breakfast. For more cooking it is okay. Make sure to check the availability first before starting cooking. Contacting the landlaord before arriving was a bit tricky but in the end it was everything fine in the flat.

The stuff of the property is very kindly, friendly and helpful. We felt very good during our stay in the apartment. When we need something, one of the stuff assist us right away. Next to the door there is a supermarket and the metro is 5 min away and just 5 stations from Stephansplatz. We were very happy with the property and we recommend everyone.

All the details were sent before arrival and it it was easy to access the keys. The apartment is quite spacious and the bed sheets were clean

I would have been great to have a shower mat! The heaters were not "ON", although it was quite cold, especially in the room. If it is related to specific date, perhaps it could be good to have a backup plan. Adding a washing machine would make the apartment a top option!

Well equipped apartment in a good location with easy access to U-Bahn. There is all facilities you need for cocking, also supermarket is just across the street. In general, district 10 has not the best reputation in Vienna, but this apartment is located in a good area, so this definitely should not be a concern.

Sink for kitchen when i just checked in the rice was blocking the sink and the water is everywhere it was disgusting for me as a first impression but when i call the staff she just resolves the issue

The floor to ceiling blinds in the apartment let us fully control the lighting and privacy. The location was great. Metro and groceries were very close by. Instructions were clear and timely. No hassle in checking in!

Modern, clean and spacious apartment. Contactless check-in, all details provided on time. Possible to park in fromt of the building, it was weekend, so the parking is free. Otherwise you can buy parking ticket in a nearby metro station.
