Being located near the main train station offers breathtaking views of modern, streamlined architecture. There is a functional kitchen that can be used by guests after paying a deposit. Appliances (BOSCH washer and dryer) for doing laundry are available and can be reserved / controlled via WeWash app. Next to your pillow, you can find USB (2×) sockets and a nightlight, and there are clean quality sheets. The breakfast station (to pay) offers all I need to start my day and so much more: organic coffee, selection of teas, a pancake machine, vegan options, breads, and delicacies to grab

Having chosen to stay in a dorm room, it can be difficult to find a quiet spot. I might consider this a lesson learned

So this is a hostel, but for a hostel it is very clean and comfy. I got a room for six, and it was HUGE!!! Two bunk beds, two regular beds. Large shower and large toilet right there in the room (each in a separate enclosure, with lockable doors), electronic key. Very clean and proper, with a lift and other amenities. Fantastic location as far as transportation is concerned - 3 mins from both ends of Vienna Hauptbahnhof, which, of course, is very much off-centre, south of Belvedere Palace, but it has the Hauptbahnhof Ost streetcar station for streetcar D 3 mins away from the hostel, and this tram gets you to Opera and museums and Konzerthaus in no time. 30 euro a night at a week's notice in December is great price. I give it an 8 because like this is a hostel, so you get other people in the room, but otherwise it is really good.

The other inhabitant of the room SNORED LIKE A FREAKING STEAM ENGINE!!! But obviously this is what you can get in a hostel :-) The hostel is not of responsible for that at all.

Thomas was very helpful, and the check in was a breeze. The lobby was buzzing at midnight, lots of teenagers enjoying the time together and we really love that, compared with a quiet hotel. The room was very well heated over night and had a great sleep. The check out was even quicker.

It was hard to find the correct elevator for the 6th floor. I didn't noticed any signs (if there are any, please make them bigger). At arround 8 or 8:30 in morning, the cleaning staff was slamming the doors of the rooms that were vacated and cleaned. The last 2 hours of our stay were not so good because of that.

The location is the best point of this property, very near the Wien Hbf, just about 5 minutes for walking. Staff was enthusiasm. Interior of a 4 bed dormitory was at good condition. There were all necessary things such as hair dryer, shampoo/shower gel, towels, toilet paper, floor towel in the bathroom, good heater and the room was warm. There is a room for luggage storage in ground floor, very convenient. We will stay here next time.

The public toilets in the ground floor had bad strong urine smell. If people doesn't move, the lights will automatically turn off. This is uncomfortable and inconvenient if you are using toilet and suddenly the light turns off and you stay in a very dark toilet and very difficult to see everything there.

Fantastic location, next to Vienna railway station, hostel setup rooms, nice breakfast and good coffee machine at reception. It's value for money as I had to book at last moment for my family and I got private room with private bathroom. You get bed, pillows, towels, linen, shower gels, tissues etc. Don't expect private coffee machines, oven or fridge.

It was very hot in July, around 32 degrees, by default rooms should have fans. One have to rent it which is not convenient as I assume everyone will need fans. So please provide them without a charge.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hostel. I was impressed by the quality in every aspect: the rooms are well-renovated, everything is new and high-quality. The interior design is appealing, the beds are new, the mattresses are comfortable, and everything was clean. The bed linen and towels were in perfect condition, the rooms were well-ventilated, and the heating system was adjustable. The internet was fast. The location is excellent—very close to the Central Train Station.

The neighbors in the room can be unpredictable—you need to keep that in mind. For example, in my case, one person in my room seemed sweaty and went to bed without showering, still wearing dirty socks that didn't smell pleasant. Why should I have to endure that? I understand it's not the fault of the hostel administration but rather the behavior of individuals. Another issue was that everyone in the room piled their clothes and shoes near their beds. It was awful. Instead of leaving their shoes near the door, they kept them by their beds. And shoes do smell! Of course, this is the fault of the people, but I think it’s worth considering how to encourage guests to store their shoes in designated areas instead of near the beds.

Room and bathroom were both spacious and separate beds were what I was looking for. Breakfast was absolutely worth the price as it offered both sweet and savory options. I could also easily refill my water bottle at the bar. Reception staff, well as usual, depends on who you meet - big shout out and thanks to Luca for being super helpful even though it was late at night. :). Most importantly, great location near Central station and also a couple minutes walk from the metro.

Was not expecting no air con at all in the room so that was a bit rough night for me. Bathroom was lacking any ventilation system. Overall though worth the price :)

We came here for the second time, and just like last year everything was fine. The best thing about this hostel is the location. You can easily reach all kinds of public transport from here, its very convenient. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is delicious and you have a nice selection of foods to choose from, definitely worth it. But if you need plant based milk, you have to ask for it. The next time when we come to Vienna, we will choose this place again.

The self check in did not work when we were there and we spent a lot of time trying and failing to do it right.

Location (very close to train station, supermarkets, and restaurants. The hostel offered entertainment in the evenings. Little play area for kids in the lobby. There is an area in the back with lots of tables and benches. Staff was friendly. The kids loved the bunk beds. Room was large and the toilet and shower were separate. There are also storage lockers available for a couple of euros even if you check out. This was very convenient for us. I would recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay there.

Our room was facing the front part of the building and wasn't very quiet. We had to ask multiple times for TP and towels.

Really like the location of the hostel, it located 5 minutes away by walk from main train and bus station. So you can quickly go to the city center or anywhere else.

When I finally checked-in (it was already 17:00 ‘cause check-in starts from 15:00, come on, it’s too late…) I came to the room and only 2 beds had linen on, so I had to put my linen by myself, BUT cause of no numeration on the beds, my bed was taken by other guest, so I had to put the linen once again. When I came back to the hostel already at night, someone once again took my bed. You know, it’s not the best thing to look for linen to put on your bed, when people are already sleeping. And why do I need to make someone’s work if I already paid for that…
