A basic room + bath, clean, mostly as pictured in the listing. Top floor, so only minor street noise (my room was courtyard-facing, which likely makes a difference). Nighttime was reasonably quiet, bed comfortable. Minutes walk to Hauptbahnhof (train station) and some fun food options (Das Columbus, Ferhat Doner). WIFI was good enough. It's clearly a value proposition but was exactly what I needed.

The self-check in went alright, but the process can feel confusing. There is an online form that must be filled out beforehand, various links being sent, plus WhatApp chat. I'd recommend a dedicated mobile app to handle it all.

There are no visible signs for the hotel, and the instructions for checkin are more complicated than other hotels, it should be simplified because a lot of guest prefer to find another place instead of waiting half hour to complete forms and access the property

It's what it's presented to be. Little comfy room good for one or few nights to stay. Very well located (nearby main Train Station) + Air condition including I recommend to contact, landlord via Whatsapp when you've arrived to get exact instructions. When searching it, remember it's a fifth floor (elevator available with your PIN code in mail)

I liked the location and the online check-in process. The room was simple but well equipped and the bed extremely comfortable. This is a perfect place for a one or two nights business trip if You need a place "just" for a good night's relaxing rest and You are operating on a budget.

As the rooms are on the roof level, the room got extremely hot before I arrived - the air conditioning did help though. This is not a "mistake", just a condition to count with during hot weather.

This room was a nice and conveniently located little base for my friend and me during our impromptu trip to Vienna. It was a great value for what we received, and I'd easily consider staying here again.

I didn't like that the room only included a single towel per person. They should include a bath towel, hand towel, and face towel per person, as well as a bathroom floor towel to place outside the shower.

Great location for Vienna HauptBahnhof arrivals specially if you want to continue to Vienna airport the next day. Even with luggage the access is really easy, since the walk takes no more than 10 minutes on a really nice pavement. The hotel has self checkin online and is in a residential building.

The ceiling window frames seemed quite old/moldy, and were not possible to be closed completely (but it was not a huge problem).

I liked the location and the room set up. The slanted ceiling gave the room a lot of charm and even though it was a little on the small side it was more than enough for my short stay.

The room did not have any way of locking the door from the inside. I would have felt safer if it had that option. I booked a late check out for 1 pm and a staff member walked in at 10 am. This could have been avoided if I was able to lock the door form the inside.

Everything was ok all in all. Easy check in, place near many restaurants and shops. Friendly suggestions for better living: one more trash can, air freshener in the toilet, electric kettle, few spoons and forks would be great. We had our own breakfast and didn’t have anything to eat with.

Excellent position , very ease communication, quite, great heating, clean. Easy car parking over night behind hotel door.

The room was good enough. Though, the best part is the location because it's near the city center and 2 minutes away from the train station (Kepler Platz). There are also a lot of super markets and shops (food, etc) around the hotel. Best place to stay for a little days , cause there were also near many sight seeings. I would definitely propose this place.
