Property was well kept. Good eating out places in the vicinity.

No elevator. Location from nearest metro station was substantial.

Hotel had just undergone renovation. All items inside were new. There were some problems because it is a new hotel, but they solved these problems very quickly. All of the employees were very friendly. The design of the room was very impressive, I liked it very much. When we asked for extra shampoo and towel, they brought it very fast. The hotel's pool is very useful, we had a good time with my wife. We had no problems with transportation. It was definitely worth the price we paid. We will choose this place again on our next visit. Staff were really fantastic, very easy to reach and super helpful! Breakfast was excellent, pool was a great bonus and we had it all to ourselves! Enjoyed delivery for dinner thanks to staff recommendation, plus use of the full kitchen on the main floor. Wlan worked perfectly, samsung tv had no Abos on it but was still nice to have. Room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Soft towels, soft flluffy bedding, comfy bed, good tea kettle and hairdryer. Incredibly important for me: there were no strong fragrances or bad smells anywhere at all. Not familiar with the immediate area but location worked well for our plans.

The wall-to-wall carpet in our room was in very bad shape, and should be removed asap. Carpeting around the pool area just didn't sit right with me personally. Seems like it could just use a walk-through from someone with an eye for details who can get those things taken care of or at least keep an eye on them. (Condensation around windows starting to cause mildew, handheld shower and bidet not functional so why are they there?, towel hooks missing, shower and windowframes could use a deep cleaning, small things like this that eventually add up!) I hope that someone keeps caring for this little gem because we do look forward to another stay!

We went with a group of friends, and there were 12 of us with the kids. This place is very suitable for groups. There's a nice snack bar downstairs, a carpet flex area where kids can play, a sauna for adults, and a small indoor pool for everyone. You reserve the pool for yourself for 1 hour with an appointment system. They don't accept customers from outside. They offer discounts for groups and long-term pool and sauna usage and there's a beautiful garden with newly planted grass. We reached Schönbrunn Palace in a 15-minute walk. (Or 3 stops with tram.) The metro station is 2 tram stops away from the hotel. We mostly preferred walking. With the U3 metro line, you can go directly to centre of wien.

Was all good. Hotel is well located, cleaning is perfect and always smells good. Rooms are big and cozy, perfect shower and amenities. Staff is so friendly and approachable. Breakfast was stunning! A full table is prepared in advance in a cozy room with a nice view that makes you feel like home. It is so far one of my best hotel stay experiences in Europe. Thanks to the dream hotel team!

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the whole atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming, no fuss and very youthful. we can recommend especially for young people, or families.

no parking place around. you have to leave your car in a nearby garaga which is tiresome and expensive, you cannot even park in front of the hotel more than 2 hours on weekdays. on the other hand, this parking was not taken seriously very much by parking guards or something, we haven't seen anybody to check the parking tickets, but still, it is a problem.

The hotel was decorated very elegantly and stylishly. All the furniture was new and clean. It was surprising to have a pool and sauna facility in a boutique hotel. The garden and terraces were very enjoyable. The hotel is located on a quiet street, with 2 tram lines passing in front of it and close to the metro, making it easy to reach the city center. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were very pleased with our stay.

The room is stunning, it's a mix of classy, modern and comfortable, it's very spacious with great details and finishing touches, my girls and i loved it!! And currently planning to visit in the future. The location is great, take advantage of it to move downtown and enjoy the scenery, galleries, a few local shops, restaurants and tourist points. The staff are kind, pacient, helpful and understanding. Highly recommend! love from Mozambique!!!

Very spacious room , very modern

Very bright - bring a sleeping mask , lights outside and in de hallway will not darken the room enough + light window at the top of the room Also - heating is not manually adjustable if you like it cooler while sleeping. Other than that - perfect getaway
