Location is excellent. Short walk from the Schonbrunn metro station. Great connection to all the main city centre attraction.

It’d very close to the Chonbrunn Castle and the metro exit by the same name (U4 -green line). Bus 75A (or was it 57A?) from the center of Vienna also dropped you right in front of its doors. So what the hotel lacks for being away from the historic district, it makes up by being convenient for the castle and the public transportation. The hotel is clean, safe and functional. Not your luxury place, just a good place to do your business of going to sleep and leave your stuff safe but that’s all. And you get that for a decent price. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. They offered their help at any opportunity.

The breakfast buffet was ok but not jaw-dropping like we are becoming used to in many European hotels. if you happened to arrived at breakfast with many others, then the breakfast becomes chaotic. Coffee machine malfunctions, food turn-over does not happen at a steady pace. Maybe it overwhelms the limited staff. But again, the breakfast is functional and does the job.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights, and with their off-season pricing, and additional Genius discount from Booking.com, it was a wonderful deal, a very good quality-to-price ratio. The "deluxe double room" was spacious, with reasonably large desk and comfy chair, good enough to comfortably work with a laptop. The Wi-Fi Internet connection in the room was quite good and stable. The bathroom was large, and shower, in particular, was spacious and comfy even for quite a tall and large me. The room looked reasonably nice, modern, and clean; the daily cleaning looked fine; and the heating was good (once I figured out that I should open up the valves of heating batteries a bit more). The breakfast was great, not a huge selection of stuff, but a bit of everything and tasty for my taste. The area just around the hotel looked dull, and non-lively (though I haven't explored it much), but I believe there are a few restaurants / pubs nearby. On the bright side, it is within a walking distance from the Schonbrunn palace, and the Museum of Science and Technology. There are buses to/from the city center stopping just in front of the hotel (I got it once, the ride was ~30 mins, not counting for waiting); and a better option was the subway station within a short walk, I believe it was taking me just about ~20-30 mins to get from my room to the city center. Thus, overall I enjoyed my stay a lot, and it was definitely above my anticipations.

This was a wonderful hotel in a quiet part of the city. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, our flight was delayed until early hours in the morning and they kept in touch to reassure us that they were still available for us to check in when we arrived - such a relief! Rooms were very comfortable, plenty of space with comfortable beds. The hotel and room was all very clean with housekeeping attending daily, and the shower was hot with good water pressure. A few restaurants in the local area which were very good (be aware, they close around 22.00 for serving food!), and an Aldi and train station within walking distance which was ideal whilst heading out around the city for the day. I would return here when visiting the city in the future :)

Lovely location, close to the U-Bahn station and Schonbrunn (both by a ~15-minute walk) . The room was lovely and clean,bathroom was spacious , Wi-fi is free with the password provided on one of the cards.The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, which i welcomed during the night. The staff is available all-day. Great value for the money, I'll definitely consider another visit, if in Vienna.

Very nice hotel. The room was spacious with all basic amenities. Even though it is not very close to the centre, it is easily accessible both by metro and by bus, and it is within 10 minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace. The breakfast was good, both English and continental breakfast was available.

At the time of me staying here, the lift was not working, but will probably be fixed soon. There are not many places to eat out after 8 pm around the hotel, as it is very quiet neighbourhood.

A very good and nice place to stay in Vienna for the city break. The room was spacious, clean, warm (winter time) and there was everything what we needed. The personel was very nice, heplful and we didint' have any problems with communication (specially the lady at the reception - she explained us everyting and helped with recommendations where to go, where to eat etc.) Breakfast was fantastic - various products, the selection was very good and everyting tasty. There is no hotel's parking but it's mentioned in the description so we weren't suprised. Big garage parking U4 cca 5 min on foot far from the hotel (8 euro/day) so it'really ok as for the Vienna. Public transport (metro, buses) nearby so we left the car for two days on the parking and used public transport with a ticket for 8 euro/24h and it was really nice. Nearby there are good restaurants (Austrian, Serbia, pizzerias, fast food places) and some shops. To sum up: this is a really good hotel, in a good location, for the reasonable price. We will come back for sure!

Cozy room with all that you need inside. It was really quiet, clean. Tasty breakfast with nice variety of different food. Close to the Schönbrunn Palace and another small park for walking.

No private parking in the hotel and the recommended parking garage has a height limit of 1.95m so if you have an SUV with roof box you probably won't fit there. Stuff was helpful, but at the same time can be more professional and representative (i.e. wear more professional clothes and don't sit drinking/smoking outside)

Very nice hotel, just in walking distance from the Castle Schönbrunn. There is a bus stop opposite to the hotel, that takes you to the city center, too. The breakfast is very good, though I was not able to see any alternative dairy products for intolerant people. The parking is free on Sunday, but not on the other days. However there is a Parking house (U4 Center) that is about 6 minutes walk from the hotel and costs 8euros per day.

The room had a view to the opposite wall and fire stair. That could have been a bit better.

Rooms were clean and spacious with nice views of Vienna! Beds was comfortable and there was a variety of pillows. Breakfast was also nice!

Most of the staff were not willing to help! The lift was not operational during our stay even though we were told that it was going to be fixed the day after we arrived. We had to take the stairs to the fourth floor many times per day. Not convenient at all!
