This is a very well located traditional hotel. The staff were wonderful, kind and welcoming. Breakfast was good value, offering lots of choice. The room was very comfortable, Lots of useful tourist information in the reception area. Elevator was a bonus, as there were over 50 steps up to my floor. Front door was closed in the evening, and accessible only by key.

In the description, it stated that there would be a fridge in the room. While this may been in other rooms, unfortunately there wasn't one in my room. This would been a welcome bonus. In Austria, there are single duvets placed for each person on a double bed. Having a larger duvet would be nice.

Close to Schonbrunn, nearby food shops. Stayed for only one night.

Good access to public transport and the vicinity of the ZOO. Nice and calm place to stay.

The staff was very polite. The owner is a Lady who was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was perfect for us, with cheese, yoghurt, fruit, salami, coffee, tea, milk, etc. The Schönbrunn Zoo was so close to the hotel.

The bed was ordinary, but not perfect. They did not have a parking place for the car, but near the hotel had a garage (Hietzing), that was 28€ / day.

High ceilings kept the room cool in a hot May and the room was quite spacious. The bed was comfortable. Room had a proper bath. Room was clean and freshly painted Lots of families with small babies in the local restaurants - this felt a local area rather than a tourist spot. There are lots of different places to eat nearby.

The front of the hotel looks onto a road that’s very busy during the day (but quiet at night). The decor is a bit dated.

It was really perfect location near the Schonbrun. Small, quiet and clean hotel 100 m from the Subway and bakery. Helpful staff, comfy room with bathroom, table, chair and a kettle. Too much soft mattress for us but really big beds. Highly recommend.

I would have liked it to be warmer. I am the kind of person with 22 degrees in the room.

I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels here in Vienna, I liked this the most. It is located in 5-7 minutes walking distance from Schönbrunn park. Everything you might need is very close. The hotel has this old Victorian feel. The rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I’ve extended my stay here for more days.

Hotel Viktoria was a great value for the price. The location of the hotel is fabulous - lots of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. The staff was friendly.

Next time I would opt for breakfast in the cafes in the neighborhood than in the hotel.
