A great hotel with a very cozy, quiet room. The hotel is located a few minute walk from a metro station and a 15 minute walk to the railway station. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and a had a tablet by the bed with all the necessary info about this hotel, a form to get in touch with the staff, etc.. The room had lots of hooks to hang clothes on in the unpredictable Vienna weather and the bathroom comes with a towl drying rack to help dry clothes on. The self-service fridge by the restaurant was a great way to grab a sandwich to go and the fountain in the middle of the lobby a great way to get more water without having to walk to a nearby store. Could have easily stayed longer than a week. The handsoap had a nice lemongrass scent, which improved my daily mood.

The only downside was the air conditioning, which worked fine for 5 nights or so, but suddenly stopped working for the last two nights. The fan kept working, but didn't cool or heat up the room despite changing the speed and temperature on the thermostat. Got it working by removing the room card from the wall reader and putting it back in, but the trick didn't work for the last evening. Had to check-out in the middle of the night so didn't bother telling the reception until check-out, as it probably couldn't have been fixed in that time.

This hotel was everything I was looking for! Clean, modern, with many amenities, comfortable, and perfectly located for my needs. The air conditioning in my room was great, it was very needed for the hot days. The hotel is located a 2 minute walk from an entrance to the Prater amusement park, which is definitely worth a visit. There are many nice cafes and restaurants in this area, it is overall a great area for young people or people looking to stay away from the very touristy part of the city. The hotel is also about 3 minutes walking distance from the metro station Messe-Prater , you can get to all the major must see places within about a 15 mins ride. It was also very close to the Ernst Happel stadium is you are coming for a concert as I did. Additionally, the hotel has reasonably priced vending machines with many drinks, snacks, and even cakes and sandwiches for you to grab if needed, we really appreciated having this option! I will definitely be back (:

Nice and clean hotel in a good location with nice staff. Good view, new renovation, very large TV, modern lighting control system and other services via electronic tablet, coffee maker, kettle, refrigerator. We will be coming again, I liked the hotel, you can see how they are trying to make it better, I will recommend it.

We ordered a room with a bath (you could choose), but at check-in we were given a room with a shower, which in principle ok, but made not quite comfortable for tall people, as well as the quality of its repair a little disappointing, although it did not affect the impression of the hotel, in general we liked it :)

The room was very beautiful, comfortable and provided everything we needed throughout our stay. We loved the view we had from the 7th floor, the sunrises especially. Despite having the window located towards the road and the university, it was very quiet and peaceful, especially the weekend. The whole hotel looked beautiful as well, gorgeously decorated and furnished. The hotel is also located very close to Prater, which was super entertaining and we really liked it. What was also very nice is that despite the close location of Prater, you do not hear its noises and it will not disturb you. The hotel's surroundings are beautiful as well, there is metro stop very near the hotel, approx. 3 minute walk, and a McDonalds next to the station in case you would get hungry. The stadium is two metro stops away from the hotel, which is perfect if you are about to attend a concert in Ernst Happel Stadion. The city centre is close as well. The hotel's staff was very, very nice and friendly and always ready to help, English is not a problem for them and we had no problem communicating. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and we will certainly come back.

The room is clean, and the facilities were adequate. i had a long travel overnight, and the staff had allowed me to check in early which really had made my day! i was able to get freshened up before heading to the work conference. I have forgotten to bring adapter, and the staff was very kind to lend me one. Great toilet, great shower facilities! the hotel is close to a few restaurants which serve good food, good location to all tourist spots. It is close to messe prater, making travel to airport, any destination less stressed.

On my original booking, breakfast was included in the deal. But i was informed it was not included on the day i checked in. I was a little let down that I have to make extra payment to get breakfast. it was not so good for value of money. Did not expect the a cracked glass in the serving bar, and this was replaced by the cleaner on day 1. The ventilator wasn't quite working. it was a little warm at night, despite turning on the air-conditioner and also turning down the temperature. the towel was not replaced every day unless specific request, and the beverages also not replaced unless on request.

First, the staff were all excellent, friendly, giving us a feeling of being welcome there, and they were all multi-lingual, which helps. Then, the layout of the lobby was welcoming, very open and airy, with places to sit comfortably-- again all making one feel welcome in that space. Immediately, you were made to feel a part of things there. That is so rare. And the front desk people always said Hello or Goodbye, with a smile, were infinitely helpful and accommodating. The room was perfect, with a clever layout, very comfortable for sleeping or for simply reading. Excellent shower! Everything was easy--such a nice place to come back to after a hard day. Also very convenient for the U-Bahn.

I think the only reservation might be that the room was a bit too warm, but we opened a window.

Everything was excellent!!! Friendly and very helpfull staff, cousy atmosphere, everything was very clean and tidy, delicious food, excellent breakfast with lots of variety. Although it is not in the center of the city, the location is perfect, sourounded by beautiful green areas. There is a large park nearby with lot of restaurants and sport and entertainment facilities, but very calm and family atmosphere. And the Hundertwasser museum is just a 20 minutes walk trought that beautiful green area. I am gladfull that I chosed that place to stay because I had the opportunity to know that part of the city. I wish I could stay a couple of days more, strongly recommend!

Very cute place, very nice people, we really recommend this hotel, the rooms are cozy, and they have air conditioner which is great considering it's very hot lately, and the bathroom had everything we need. The breakfasts were small but satisfying, very pretty kitchen, and you can also order in their restaurant for lunch.. they make really good food. Overall we had a great time, we thank the staff for their patience and the kind welcoming.

When arriving we were greated by many friendly receptionist who were all very welcoming and cool. The rooms are perfect for having everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, WiFi was great, TV, bathroom... Everything very nice Location is superb for exploring Vienna with the U2 subway just a few minutes away with which you reach the very centre or you just walk 20 Minutes to Schwedenplatz. The breakfast has a great variety of bread and vegetables. Everything there we needed. Shout out to the nice breakfast waiter who was very happy to see our dog Go explore the Prater and don't forget to bring cash because a lot of attractions don't accept card

Nice, big and clean rooms near Prater and walking distance (30 min) to city center. The rooms have all the necessary amenities and the breakfast has a great variety (very delicious).

Only problem we encountered was the slow check in. We spent around 40 minutes for the check in, due to the fact that at the reception was only one person available and a big queue in front of him. He was very nice nonetheless, but overwhelmed. On the other side, the bartender was always missing when you needed something from the bar.
