By entering the hotel the first impression you get- it looks just as a hospital. However, the longer you stay, you basically realize that the bathing cabin just in a room is pretty convenient to use. What I liked mostly: everyday cleaning , supportive personnel, decent price and great location. Breakfast could be better served (eg, with fried eggs or omelet). Wifi connection is stable.

Couple of weeks prior to arrival I got a message from the hotel via booking.com application with a reference to my confirmed booking - with a phishing link that looked similar to booking.com form, which I didn’t recognise. And despite immediate reporting to my bank/booking.com/merchant money were withdrawn from my account without any successful refund. Hotel wifi is insecured, be careful entering your credentials/passwords.

The room was clean and nice. Good value for money. It was basic but spacious and had everything I needed. The staff was really nice and were especially kind when I wanted to checkout late, and was a few minutes late for the time they approved. I think that each time we spoke they were very nice and helpful. There were always people walking in the street even at night and it was very close to U1 metro so it was easy to get into the center of town

The TV was a little small, but I hardly used it anyway. There was construction outside, which you could hear only when the window was open, since the windows did a good job of keeping out the noise.

Staff was very very friendly and always available. Breakfast was pretty good, savoury very good (nice fresh heated variety of breads, fresh humus, cheeses...), sweet a bit lacking (maybe you could add some basic cakes?) and a good coffee. Rooms were quite spacious (considering this is a budget chain) albeit a bit basic. As mentioned by others the shower is integrated in the room, so depending on your privacy needs this may be a concern. Very good position as the U1 line is just a few steps from the hotel and you have both the Mess and UNO center very close. Good choice of restaurants and basic markets available nearby as well. Definitely as I expected or maybe even a bit more!

Just the "bathroom" part was a bit too minimal, not even an electric plug near the mirror. It is a bit silly that the toilet light is only actionable on movement, so if you are "sitting and producing" you may get the light closed. Heating didn't seem to work much, luckily I did not have big heating needs in the season.

This is a hotel that does exactly what it says on the tin... Pre arrival communication was good and check in was swift at the 24/7 manned reception. Our double room was located on the 1st floor and was spacious, clean and well presented, cleaned daily and fresh towels provided, more than adequate for the needs of this married couple. Not sure the in-room shower, and unlockable toilet door would suit friends though. Room also had a small wall mounted TV with multilingual channels available (German/English/Russian/French/Arabic). Our Bed was firm yet comfortable (how we like it), the shower was hot, and the water was plentiful. To get into Vienna (Wein) city center just go out of the hotel and turn left for approx. 500m on the same side of the road to the U-Bahn station called Vorgartenstrasse. a ticket costs 2.5 Euro per person if you buy a single trip and is only a few stops on Line U1 (red) to either Schwedenplatz (3 stops & 3 mins) or Stephansplatz (4 stops & 4 mins).

I was a little disappointed with the pillows on the bed, 1 per person and they were literally paper thin, we stuffed our down jackets into the pillowcase to make them thicker which worked a treat, however I'm sure the reception staff who were very pleasant would have given us more if we had asked but we didn't.

The room was small but clean. At first, it was unusual that the shower was right in the room. But I got used to it. The window in the room overlooked the courtyard, but I did not notice any strong noise. Everything is very modest, but everything you need is in place. There was no hair dryer in the room, but you could get one for a deposit at the reception. The staff is very friendly. The location of the hotel is excellent. The metro station and several grocery stores are within walking distance. This hotel left rather pleasant impressions. If you are looking for an overnight stay at a decent-budget hotel near the metro, then this is the best option.

Of the big minuses, I would probably name a hard bed. And there was no kettle in the room. But I have been to hotels with much worse conditions.

The location was awesome - we got back late and plenty of Kebab shops and restaurants were open nearby. There is a Poke Bowl place right outside too! Additionally, plenty of super market shops nearby. If we speak about the ease of public transport - it was an absolute dream. There were smaller as well as bigger metro stations nearby (the Prater one had a working supermarket during the public holidays).

The room and the shower particularly seemed a bit dirty and used, but nothing extraordinary. The sink was too small and too low; the button on the mirror did not always work as it was a touch screen kind. Not enough hooks for clothes for 2 people. But what do you expect for such a budget price? It did not ruin the experience!

What I liked most was the cleanliness (10/10), the location (perfect for the airport) the room size (exceptional) and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff (they really were very, very helpful in many ways). I also enjoyed seeing that previous unfavourable reviews were unjustified: congrats to the staff for addressing a few small issues (the management should be proud that they've recruited such a good team).

It wasn’t an issue for me but the shower in the room (yes, IN the room) was odd. Maybe it would be an invasion of privacy in some cases. I've never seen anything like this before.

The staff was exceptionally friendly; they even packed our breakfast on our last day due to an early flight. The room was remarkably comfortable, offering sound isolation from both outside and neighboring rooms. While breakfast was satisfactory, there's room for improvement, especially in providing a larger toaster for the bread. The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to the city center.

Upon our initial entry, the room wasn't as clean as expected, with a swab discovered under the bed. However, in the following days, the daily cleaning service ensured that our room was immaculately maintained.

Great value for money. Taking into account the price we paid, the rooms were simple but they had everything we needed for a short city break in Vienna. The rooms are sparsely furnished but have a bed, stools, desk, multiple sockets, a shower and a toilet. The breakfast was also very simple and light and included cereal, two types of yoghurt, some croissants/toast, some fruit and two coffee machines. It's nothing fancy, but it does the job for a few nights stay in Vienna. It's very close to Praterstern station, which has direct train links to the airport and to the city centre. Travelling in and out of the city centre is very easy. Our rooms were quiet and the blinds block out the sunlight well. The staff were helpful and a 24/7 reception was also nice. There's AC in the rooms which is fairly quiet if you want to keep on overnight. They kept our baggage after we checked out so we could explore the city a little longer before our flight.

The toilets in the hotel rooms don't have a handle to lock or close them properly. There was a surcharge for using the iron/ironing board and socket adaptors. Potentially a separate door to split the toilet and bathroom from the bedroom, but appreciate there isn't a lot of space in each room.

Great location with two metro stations nearby. Very basic facilities but that's what's expected for a budget hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Perfect when you use the hotel room just for rest, not to spend time in as it was quite small. Good, basic option for breakfast.

The shower was in the room, not in the separate bathroom so there is no privacy. This information should be displayed when booking as it might be uncomfortable when traveling with friends. There is no wardrobe, just some hangers so there is little space to hang the clothes.
