Would have liked a cooler in the room.

We liked how fun and unique the place was. The location was amazing too. Clean too and has many facilities inside and outside the room. Personally really liked the outside elevator and the lil noise box inside rhe elevator.

The pillows were a very soft, would like a firm pillow option to be available in future. I also didnt like how the room had a see through shower, not comfortable and awkward if staying with someone other than a partner (i am not sure if there were room options with a covered shower). Also would like if slippers and bathrobes would be included as it was uncomfortable walking barefoot on the floor.

Really fun hotel, very quirky so great if you love that sort of thing! Also a fun location being location right next to the amusement park. We didn’t find it noisy at all which I was worried about. Also close to 2 of the metro stops so easy to get around the city. Our shower was open plan so in the main room. Didn’t bother us but if you prefer more privacy then this may not be for you.

Pillows were very flat. Luckily I managed to get an extra one for reception but they only had one spare so my partner only had 1 - although it didn’t bother him as much. We would have had breakfast but this was €22 each which I thought was too expensive

The hotel is very nice and clean, the design of the rooms and the lobby is so good, very stylish. If you wait for your taxi or simply enjoy your breakfast at the lobby the place looks amazing! The stuff is very friendly and there is always someone at the front desk to help you or answer your questions. The location is nice but you either should pick a taxi to get to the center or walk. But there is a huge park close to the hotel which is amazing, loved every single moment when staying here!

Breakfast options kinda poor. The food is great but I'd like to see a variety.

We had no trouble getting to the facility. The parking lot was right next to the hotel so it was very easy to get our luggage from the car to our room (sometimes parking lots can be so far away from hotels). The staff was super friendly and available 24/7. The room was just like the photos on the booking (sometimes old hotels renovate only a few rooms and put on websites like booking only the photos of the renovated rooms, making a bad surprise for the unsuspecting guests). The furniture is quite new, the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom is clean enough. There is a rich breakfast buffet on the seventh floor (rooftop) and in the summer there is the possibility to eat outside on the beautifully decorated rooftop. The view is not spectacular (you can only see the Prate rides), but very nice. The food is very good, although I would not recommend to tourists coming from outside Austria to eat eggs that are not very well cooked (I have lived in Austria for a year and I have twice gotten salmonella from eating not very well cooked eggs in restaurants. I have talked to some doctors and read some information on the internet and it seems that Austria has a problem with Salmonella. A lot of eggs are contaminated and the country records a lot of cases every year). The location of the hotel was perfect. It is not far from the city center and the facility offers FREE bike rental, while most hotels make you pay at east 10/15 euros per day to rent an old bike! We used the bikes every day and it was so helpful! We could move fast, see a lot of attractions and also visit the Danube Island at night and take good pictures.

The first floor hallway where our room was located smelled a little, but only a little. I probably have an obsessive-compulsive disorder, but I think the bathroom should be cleaned a little better.

The hotel is very nice and modern, cozy stylish rooms with plenty of space. We've had couple super-small issues that were taken care off right away by the lovely staff! Breakfast on top of the hotel was absolutely amazing, plenty of dishes to choose from, every day little bit different, decent coffee (shame no good choice of tea). We also enjoyed the restaurant at night for some drinks with awesome view over Prater. If you are lucky, the hotel organizes some activities in the lobby, we attended a really nice concert outside the lobby which we truly enjoyed over couple of Aperols! Hotel is very close to the metro and it's easy to get there. We were very happy with our stay!

Just a minor thing, not sure if it applies to all the rooms, but eventhough I loved the showers (pressure and temperature) and the style, it was designed clumsily with regards to sealing the water outside the shower itself. Not sure if it was designed poorly or just worn out but after every shower there was plenty of water on the ground everywhere outside the shower despite it being closed, so you had to step carefully to not get your socks wet afterwards. I am sure this can get fixed easily.

The hotel was quirky, clean and well decorated with a lot of nice touches, including the fantastic shower. The breakfast was fantastic with a very good selection of options and an amazing view of the city. The cafe and seating area downstairs was a great place to relax & the staff were friendly.

There were a few things that didn't seem to match up with the overall quality and homeliness of the hotel, for example, the mattress was quite hard, the towels were thin and rough & there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. The room itself was overlooked by a lot of others in the neighbouring hotel.

Nice hotel, well kept, clean and with friendly staff. Room was as pictured and described. Easy to move about, train station and metro stop about 10 min walk from the hotel. Walk to more central area takes 30-40 minutes and makes a nice walk when the weather keeps. Depending on your plans it can be a perfect location for a cool fun weekend in Prater with its rides being behind the house, for more general touristing be ready for little public transport rides. For my work trip it was fine. Surprisingly quiet rooms, considering the amusement park is right behind te windows. If you stay there, you have to eat at the restaurant NENI on the top floor (popular amongst locals so book ahead) – amazing food and atmosphere.

I personally would have loved to have a small fridge and tea/coffee maker or a kettle in the room. I keep a little different schedule and end up skipping the official breakfast hours. So, having some minimal facilities in the room would be perfect. I knew they don't have them according to the description, so not complaining, just suggesting. Coffee and all-day breakfast from the cafe in the lobby was a nice fix. Other than that all was good.

Location is great and is 10 min walk from the Messe Prater Underground station and a childrens park. Hotel is quirky and interesting. Has a coffee shop next to Reception and a nice rooftop restaurant with a great view. Can park behind or under the hotel for €25 per 24 hours.

Did not like the check in or out process. Even though we booked and requested way in advance, we did not get adjoining rooms and were told we were lucky the two rooms were even on the same floor. This wasn't great with younger kids. Neither was some of the art in the 4-person room suitable for kids, with a poster that said F*** above the bath...
