Great location, very quite, near a park, where kids could enjoy some time for themselfs. The Hotel is 5 mins away from Vorgartenstraße metro station (U1) which is a direct line to the city center. The breakfast was very good, varied, a good start in the morning. The reception personnel was very good intended, and had excellent english skills, which helped a lot. It was clean.

The mattress and pillows in room 206 were horrible. We couldn't sleep well. The mattress was distored, really problematic for sleep at night. The room was quite small, space for working is very limited. The wi-fi signal and speed were very poor, maybe the router must be changed or I don't know. The hotel room was a bit pricey for what it had to offer - about 500 EUR for 4 nights stay, 125 EUR/night.

Good location for us having family living close and for city centre, friendly staff, good bathroom facilities, quiet, good air conditioning. The room was compact but comfortable and mainly had all we needed. More hangers were delivered to our room, and slippers and bathrobe, and only needed to ask for them once from reception. An iron and ironing board, also were delivered to the room when needed.

Wardrobe was too small for two people staying more than a few days. Lighting was adequate but would have liked choice of a brighter light particularly near the darker wardrobe area. A full length mirror would have been useful.

The hotel had reasonable price, especially compared to other hotels in Vienna. Because of this it was a bit out of the centre, but the location was pleasant. It was close to the Prater, and close to an S-bahn station, so everything was available. Very quiet street. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was small, but well equipped, nicely designed and very comfortable. The bathroom as spacious. It had a sauna and a fitness room.

The breakfast was ok. The sauna was great, but the jacuzzi shower next to it did not work (it was actually not promised, but if there is a sign that it is not working, we are not happy about it for 10 minutes, and disappointed after). The toilet did not work either, this was uncomfortable.

Good sized room for the price, with everything we needed. Certainly bigger than had we stayed at this price in Paris. Large comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast. Location excellent - 10 mins walk from Praterstern metro. So just 3 stops to Inner Stadt. Better still on line 7 S-bahn from airport Trains every 30 mins, 25 min journey at around 4 euros. You can easily walk into City Centre too. And Prater park - - even if you don't go on teh rides - great fun to just watch. Hope to return

Nothing. This was great value, location and room

Everything in the hotel is small and tiny, makes me feel like home. No big halls, no long corridors with umpteenth number of doors both side and like. Breakfast selection is exemplary, both hot and cold, like scrambled egg and sausage or ham, salami and cheese.

The bed was a bit worn. Even the double bed in the room is practically two single beds next to each other with two separate pieces of mattresses with a topper, and one of them had a "hole" in it, which even the topper could not make even. It wasn't 100% comfortable...

Its location is close to the metro, so the commute to the city is easy and fast. The bed and the room looks bigger than the pictures however they are still small.

A possible problem for light-sleepers: Air conditioner randomly started making a beep noise, which would beep every 2-3 seconds and couldn't be stopped by any settings. I had to sleep with a headset, since the noise could restart making noise in the middle of the night. I don't think every room has this issue.

A peaceful location, ten minutes walk from the nearest metro but the public transport system is excellent and fast.

There was nowhere nearby with good Austrian food. There is an excellent cake shop at the end of the road but that closes, understandably, in the evening. On our last day we found a good Asian restaurant in the main High Street going to the station. Otherwise you will have to take a train or bus/tram to go out for dinner. The meals we had were great but at the end of a busy day sightseeing, we were tired, and it would have been better if we could just walk a few streets to eat good Austrian food.

The Hotel is located in a nice quiet neighbourhood, really close to a metro station and within 10-15 min walk to Prater train station and metro. The rooms were clean, the bed super comfortable, the staff extremely nice. Our return flight was early in the morning, we couldn't take the breakfast at the hotel and the receptionist came up with the idea of giving us the breakfast as a takeaway, which was actually nice of them and showed a whole focus on the customers. We also requested a baby bed, which, although was pretty used (pack and play), the staff did their best to bring it and install it in the room. Within 3 minute-walk there are some really hip restaurants/bars with super tasty food, a Billa supermarket, a Lidl etc. For our type of trip (travel with a 1-year old) the hotel was the best choice - calm area, close to the metro which took us to the city centre in 15-20 minutes and also very well connected to the rest of the city. Although the room was pretty small, for us it was just fine.

Maybe a more diverse breakfast, with a variety of products changed if not every day, at least at 2 days.

The hotel is in a quiet area but train and subway stations are in walking distance. It seems to be a renovated apartment building, and the interior is very new and clean. The room has everything stated on the hotel information page, including a fridge (with small bar), AC, and a safe. The single room is small, but still enough. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The 12-Euro breakfast was fantastic in terms of variety and quality. It can by purchased daily and paid upon check out. I highly recommend this hotel.

The only issue is the bathroom. I was first assigned to a room in which the shower and bed are not in separate space--water might spill over the bedroom floor. The staff let me change to another room, which was very nice. The design of the shower doesn't prevent water from spilling over the floor, but since it's separate from the bedroom, it's manageable.

Location close to Prater and very quick and easy into centre of old town - 3 to 4 metro stops.

One very comfortable room. lovely comfy beds. second room had broken air conditioning so moved into another which also had broken air conditioning. Two uncomfortable nights for half our party. Two very comfortable nights for the other half. Hotel offer one free room for one night. Staff were helpful.
