Not sure why I forgot this review! Better late than never! Great little place to stay, certainly exceeded my expectations as I don't normally like concept places, they either work really well or are a disaster. This was superb. Some may say its a little far from the city centre, but there is a tram stop right outside the front door and train connection 50m away, plus you can park in the underground car park onsite. Was easy to navigate to and underground parking straight up to reception by lift, very convenient for those with luggage. Stand out for me were the staff, two super friendly ladies on reception and the gentleman at breakfast in the morning also superb. All happy to have a chat without it being forced and offered great information, credit to the staff! The rooms and the hotel open plan lobby surprised me, great use of space. I think they managed to make small spaces feel big in the hotel. I have stayed in rooms the same size or even slightly bigger (IBIS) for example and you feel claustrophobic, these rooms with the use of panels and timber and lighting etc, made them feel larger and I enjoyed the layout and the rustic recycled feel. USB plugs next to bed - heaven! So many hotels still do not get it, even larger more expensive places; in this day and age USB plugs next to the bed are a must. Again loved how a small lobby and reception and relax space were collocated and worked well. Breakfast buffet was also just right. Overall I thought a great stay, surprised me, I think value for money and the mark of a great stay is someone saying they would stay again. So I will stay again if I am back there.

Great, helpful staff. The man at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are clean, tidy, good climate control. You don't hear street noise. Good sound insulation of the building. Great service for the price paid. We will do it again next time. Recommended for visitors.👍

Air condition did not work, but ultimately the manager came and fixed it. We got upgraded to a much better room

The lady at evenings was exceptionally rude. She declined to serve food saying very busy. The tone she spoke was intimidating! Other staff very super good!

The location is perfect, the train is in front of the hotel, and the second important fact is the hotel has a bar and good food 24hrs! The boy staff at night is too helpful and friendly. I extremely recommend.

Very clean, comfy bed, decent breakfast, friendly staff. The hotel is part of the Accor group.

A bit of noise from the street traffic and hallways, but we slept well in the end, as everything calmed down around midnight.

Everything was very good. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Comfortable rooms, good wifi.

Slow check in, bit far from restaurants and city centre but you can reach it in about 20 minutes.

the only tiny issue we had was a ventilation issue. it would get too hot and heavy in the room.

Extremely nice and welcoming personnel. The rooms are very clean! Great coffee and wine served at the bar.
