Room was clean and free from any odor. I traveled with another person - we had the XL rooms, but each one was different. Check in was quick and easy. We arrived 1.5 hours before check in and we waited in the lounge/first floor area - very comfortable place. Promptly at 3:00pm we were able to print our access cards and go to our rooms. I am a bit picky with respect to cleanliness, so I washed all the dishes, and wiped down all places with sanitizing wipes. This was not necessary as all things appeared clean, but I wanted to make sure and did it myself! I read other reviews on Booking.com and brought a few items along with me to provide comfort. These items were purchased from Dollar Tree so I was okay to leave these items there and had extra room in my suitcase for purchases and souvenirs. What did I bring? 1) Kitchen towel/washcloth; 2) Shopping bag; 3) Shower shelf with suction cups (loved this); 4) Pillow case. I didn't cook a lot in the room, but I did have breakfast so I utilized the glasses, bowls, plates, and silverware. There is a small Billa grocery store right on the corner almost next to the building - this was great for morning bread, treats, croissants, etc. Every weekday morning there was a line outside waiting for the store to open, people purchased breakfast items and lunch items (a small deli type counter was in the middle of the store). About two blocks farther down the street to the right of the small Billa there is a Hofer (USA - Aldi) store. Also across the street from this store was a bank where I felt comfortable using their ATM for cash. Leaving the apartments and going left about 3 blocks is another Billa store, but this was Billa Plus, a much larger store with greater variety. MISCELLANEOUS: 1) No problem with check in. 2) Laundry was simple to use, note only one washer may be used at a time. 3) No noise issues or complaints from me!

The protective sheets or material on the beds/duvets did not "breathe" and became very hot during the night. I have had this experience at other hotels, so it must be some type of sanitary thing.

I liked that the room have had everything I needed.. The kitchenette was well equiped, the working space near the window, the shelves and the spacious closets made the room an ideal space for working travels. On the top floor, there was also a terrace from where you can see the city. The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple and the personal was friendly. I highly recommend this location. It is near the metro station Heiligenstadt, so you can arrive easily with the line U4. There are also 2 stores, Billa and Hofer, which are useful if you won't spend too much on food.

The location is excellent, the room os spacious, clean and well equipped.

The location is perfect, offering great sound insulation in the room. Nearby, you'll find convenient access to a supermarket, metro station, and bike and kick-sharing services. Checking in and out is straightforward, making it an excellent choice for both relaxation and work. I found it ideal for evening work sessions and basking in the morning sunlight. Plus, the kitchenette comes fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, and compact refrigerator. You can reach this spot from Vienna Airport via the S7 and U4 trains, which is a more economical option compared to the CAT train

The curtains appear slightly soiled, and their light color makes the dirt more apparent. Additionally, I noticed small holes in the bedsheet. The pillow feels underfilled, prompting me to fold it in half for better comfort while sleeping. On the ground floor, there's a laundry room with excellent equipment, but to use it, you'll need to download the Miele app and top up your account with 20 euros, even for a single wash and dry cycle

The room had everything essential for a comfortable stay, slightly on a smaller side but still comfortable for two people. The bed was comfortable, the kitchenette was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean. But the best thing about the room was the location. Although it's quite a bit away from the city center, it pretty much stands on top of the metro station and has multiple bus and tram stops within 5 minutes of walking. It had multiple supermarkets around it with was also very convenient.

The main problem during the stay was the ventilation. Although there was a sort of an AC where you should be able to control the temperature, not only it didn't work but when turned on it would instead heat up the room. When we talked to the reception person they recommended turning it off completely and ventilation through the window. Mind you, it's near a busy street, so keeping the window open at night was waaaay too noisy, so we had to cool the room as much as possible before going to bed and then shutting the window. Another small inconvenience was the TV, although it was in the room, there was no way to connect it to the internet, so no Netflix or other streaming services, only austrian TV programs.

Location was in the north of Vienna but the U4 U-bahn station is within 3 miniutes walk. Train ride to city center/Ringstrasse takes abt 15 mins. Billa grocery store in the next building is very convenient. There's a Japapanese restaurant and a poke bowl eatery on the ground floor of the hotel. Chinese noodle shop and two Turkish food stands within 3 minutes walk. Various bus lines between 1-2 mins away. 10 minutes walk to the Donaukanal. 10 minutes walk to Karl-Marx Hof. 20 minute walk to Beethoven House, Beethoven Denkmal and St Patricks Catholic Church. Room is decently sized adn amenities were comprehensive and clean. Took awhile to figure out the coffeemaker doubles as an electric kettle, but it works fine. 6 different wallsockets provides enough power options. Water pressure and water heating was excellent. Cleaning was once a week. Auto check-in over the weekend was fast and easy. Counter staff are very helpful and could answer all my questions.

There are 2 types of laundry machines, locked and unlocked. Unlocked machines are for students, the locked ones are for hotel guests. The laundry machines use an app called Appwash. Not very intuitive to use, but could figure it out eventually. The timing for laundry listed on the machine and the actual time it takes isn't very accurate. No on-site gym, but there's a SpeedFit gym within 10 minutes walk, and a better FitIn fitness center within 20 minutes walk

My trip to Vienna took an unexpected turn and I ended up spending several weeks in the city, - which turned out to be a blessing in disguise, thanks to SMARTments Heiligenstadt. It turned out to be the ideal place for such circumstances, providing all the necessary facilities, while keeping it real. It is a bit on a stoic side, most of the rooms aren't that big, however the planners managed to fit everything needed into this space, and even provide a proper walled toilet/showers. The XL room is noticeably larger, it appears almost as a regular hotel room, with an extra sitting space. There is an obligatory cleaning once a week, changing sheets and towels and replenishing the soap and dishwasher tablets, but a service room on each floor provides the tools in case you want to clean without waiting for the next week. Despite the fact the the self-check in, there is a front desk, though it has limited availability hours and it isn't open on weekends, - the phone support is available round the clock. The front desk, the housekeeping are very responsive, even if they are invisible most of the time. This is probably the thing that I liked the most about the place, - it provides all the privacy of a personal dwelling while remaining a quite large, well, hotel, with a flow of guests - and hidden in the back side of the building is even larger accommodation for the students, that you may never even discover 😦 Finally, something that made my experience complete is the washing machine room, with dryers, all commanded by an app. The lobby, which is actually very nice and spacious, also provides a drinking water fountain ⛲ even though the tap water in Vienna is good enough. The location of the building is one of the Vienna hidden gems. First, it is right near the station within 10 minutes ride to the city centre.

Clean, Good Location, Comfortable. There was a fizzy water dispenser in the lounge, which we used. Location is by U4, which is 10 mins into centre every 3-6 minutes.

Lack of pans (reported on day1, told it would be rectified, but in the 14 days no pans turned up despite promises (there was 1 pot which we used for everything). Had to search through the supply rooms for a kettle (as mentioned by other visitors) No instructions for cooker or other devices. electric radiator in bathroom worked, but couldn't change settings (again no instructions)

The design of the room is amazing. It has a great flow and the way it's set up makes it look and feel much bigger than it actually is. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, as was the bathroom. We really appreciated the big closets and the dish washer, and the overall very smart design. The hotel itself is quite peculiar: most of the building is actually a student home, so there's also common areas and washing machines on the ground floor. The location is great, supermarket right next to the building and 2 minutes to metro, trains and buses. Property pictures on the site are very accurate!

We liked the idea of the smart hotel, sounded very futuristic! However, when you have nobody to ask for anything, the least thing you can do is to have a folder with the most important things explained (or a QR code idk). We tried to phone the number several times, but nobody answered. It was not very intuitive to get into the building (at least for over-30 people), there was no information about if or when rooms were being cleaned, where to put the trash, how to use the dish washer, the TV, etc... The worst thing was that at one point the room was cleaned and then there were towels missing, which we couldn't replace because we couldn't reach anybody on the phone/reception. Also, we couldn't get the AC to work, which made some nights unbearable.

Sufficient facilities and equipment,excellent location and clean.Rooms are brand new.

I stuck at the entrance by 23 in the night ,since the instructions and the pin code to open the main entrance were wrong ! I called the support number stated on the door and,surprise,assistance said “we don’t know the code”! They called security and passed 16 mins on the door after a long trip,and by chance I succeeded to enter the building thanks to some other guests already staying at the property.. In addition,cleaning only provided once during my 7 days stay,which I guess should be at least 2 times.
