Great location. The price was very affordable. All amenities worked except the TV was difficult to operate. Nice to have an optional breakfast. Parking available and luggage storage for before and after checkout is nice. I would definitely use them again.

The lobby and breakfast is not open until 8:30 am. I would like to get breakfast earlier.

Basic ,clean room.Very good location.5 tram stops from Vienna Opera. Supermarkets just nearby. Fast self check in . Very good price for Vienna.

The interior is old,like from 80th.

The room is small but tidy. Good bathroom. The place is just next to the tram stop, tram number 1 is taking you straight to the Vienna State Opera in the city center in 8 min.

Actually I think the early check in in this property just simply not feasible as the hotel is small and all people are usually staying for 1 night, their checkout is rarely before 11. So when the cleaning is finished is already 13. When I arrived the gentleman at the desk was not even happy with my question about the early check in, even before he got to know about my booking and type of the room. I found his tone even offensive. It was 11 am 16th of June. It would be nice if the welcoming the guests would be more pleasant. The other two receptionists were super nice and friendly, very helpful along the stay.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is clean, in a good location, not far from the city center. Right next to the hotel is a tram stop.

Cons: Unfashioned decor could use an update The room comfort could be improved While the hotel has many positive aspects, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. The decor throughout the hotel is somewhat unfashioned. An update to a more contemporary style could significantly enhance the aesthetic appeal and create a more inviting atmosphere for guests. In addition, while the rooms are generally comfortable, there is some room for improvement. Enhancing the comfort of the rooms could take the guest experience from satisfactory to exceptional, and make the stay even more enjoyable.

We traveled as group of 8 (13-73yo) and we were all very happy with the accommodation. All staff were very nice, kind and helpful, rooms were clean and comfy. The area is nice and safe, 15min. walk from main train station and even less from U1 line (Taubstummengasse), tram station right outside the hotel. There is lovely Asian bistro with wonderful breakfast 100m left hotel (Ukiyo Cafe) and nice cosy cafe/restaruant about 400m on the other side (Cafe Wortner). You can easily walk to city centre - about 1,5km. I dont understand those "not-so-good" reviews, as this is fantastic deal price-wise..yes, the hotel is older, but you cant have everything new..what is wrong with older furniture when its clean and not broken? Beds are not 100% comfy, some might not be happy too much softines, but I personaly didnt mind and none of my companions complained. Some might not like the "street noise", which I am use to and actually helps me sleep..but if this bugs you, ask for room on the other side.

The check on was easy and seamless, the hotel is on a good location, it's very easy to find. The staff communicated promptly.

There is construction work right in from of the hotel, so it gets loud since very early. Also, the double bed is just two individual beds pushed together, but the mattresses have hard edges and it gets uncomfortable. The water on the toilet keeps running after flushing. The room is a bit too hot.

An interesting place. It has no lobby staff: you receive a code to let yourself in. Walking in the first time, I thought it looked a bit dingy, but the furnishings are of surprisingly high quality and very comfortable. Location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and with good restaurants nearby. All in all, extremely good value for the money.

I have no problem with the hotel, all worked out well - nice and very helpful staff, nice rooms, everything was clean. Nice and safe area close to U1 line, main train station, tram stop outside the hotel. Some nice places to eat within short walking distance, supermarket few meter from the hotel (both on left and right hand). Yes, hotel building is not new (as some reviews complain), but why is this a bad thing - we can´t (shouldn´t want to) switch everything older to super new. Price is very good. Beds bit too soft, but some prefers it.

The big windows make even a smaller room look bigger, and let in the sunshine in. The airconditioner helps regulating the (potentially elevated) room temperatures. The furniture and decoration are nice, and the amenities are modern.

The check-in time is late, and especially inconvenient for a one-night stay. The staff was very kind to make an alternative arrangement. A big thank-you to the reception team.
