Stayed in the hotel for one night. The hotel is located within a short walk to the Hauptbahnhof, and there's also a nice schnitzel&kebab place on the nearby corner. The room was nice, the bathroom perhaps was a bit small, but all was fine for a short stay. The price was decent, perhaps a bit high, but for no card free cancellation offer I didn't mind too much. Wi-fi worked well in the room. The window can be opened for ventilation. There's an elevator, and there's a storage room where it's possible to leave the luggage for a short while.

This is a nice hotel that is close to the airport. We took the bus (401) from centraal station to near the hotel. We still needed to walk about 15 minutes from the closest bus stop. We took a very cool English style electric cab to the terminal in the morning. The hotel organized this for us. We had two rooms, beds were comfortable and rooms clean. We would stay here again. The front desk staff were very helpful. The restaurant was outstanding. The chef was very accommodating for dietary needs. Each meal we ordered was enjoyed.

The hotel is close to the airport, but not very friendly to access unless you have a car, or are willing to walk a signifcant distance.

Great location. Easy to travel around to get to various sightseeing places. Easy to get food around- kebap, pizza, bakery cafe and supermarket just in walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love the staff on morning shift. Coffee vending service.

Pillow, prefer better neck support type. Bathroom rather small. Hand soap dispenser not easy to use.

Excellent location: Right opposite to Wien Hbf Very cooperative and friendly staff with nice, clean simple rooms. Very ideal hotel for any business travel in the city; very well-connected to all of the city either on foot or with public transportation.

The breakfast was nice, but could have been more extensive (in particular the coffee options).

Great location, clean and a comfortable bed, with plenty of storage space even though it was only a single room

The elevator wasn’t working on my check-out day meaning that I had to haul my luggage down four floors, but this didn’t detract from the overall stay. Just was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel has an excellent location: near the central station (bus, tram, train) from which you can go to another city or around the city, and 1 minute walk to the metro. Despite the proximity of a large and noisy road in a room with a closed window is quiet. There are many cafes nearby where you can eat.

Not every room has a refrigerator and air conditioning. I do not recommend taking a room on the ground floor - the room was cool.

The location is convenient, both if you arrive at the station, and if you need to fly early. In the evening it was nice to walk through Belvedere Park. My room was associated in terms of decor with the 70-80s of 20th century. But the furniture is not very old. The bed was comfortable (moderately soft and hard).

The breakfast was moderate... not sure if it was worth paying 10 euros for it. There was very little space in the shower stall (perhaps because of this, someone broke the shower door earlier, and now a curtain hangs instead of it.

Spacious room and spacious bath room. Quiet room. Excellent location at train station.

POOR WI-FI signal. Heating did not work in the room only in the bathroom. There was no curtain for the bathroom window. No rack for towels was available in the bathroom.

The hotel is located conveniently near the main station and U-bahn and S-bahn stops. Actually it's quite possible to walk to the city centre also. I requested a quiet room, and the one allocated was at the rear of the building and peaceful enough.

The wifi in the room area rarely worked. The signal was strong, but most of the time there was no internet connection.

The staff is very polite and the location is excellent! Tram and metro stations are located 100-200 m from the hotel. Rooms are very clean and neat. The WiFi sigan was excellent even though we were on the 5th floor. Breakfast was a buffet offering many options.

No negatives from my side.
