The hotel is ideally located in a central position between the main train station and the city center. This advantageous placement makes it extremely convenient for those arriving from the airport or traveling by train from other cities or countries. Additionally, there is a supermarket situated across from the hotel, providing easy access to any necessities. Moreover, the surrounding area has restaurants and bakeries, offering some options for dining and breakfast. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were kind and accommodating.

One aspect that caused discomfort during our stay was the bathroom, which had a fume/translucent glass door. As a woman traveling with my brother, it was rather awkward and uncomfortable to have a clear view of each other while using the toilet or changing clothes due to the transparency of the glass.

Everything was perfect!

The location is located outside central city but very close to U1 line and trams, so convenient. The hotel is clean, the facilities are modern, and the breakfast (included for me) was decent, although more veggies would have been nice. The room size was adequate for my needs. There is a nice green space outside the breakfast area which might be pleasant in warmer weather.

I think only one front desk staff member was seen smiling. And he was not from Austria. What is it with the grumpy Austrian behaviour? They were competent and efficient but not so cheerful. I'd probably stay again for the price and location, but not because they made me feel welcome. The hotel has a minimal bar and no room service, so late night socialising in the lobby was not cozy. There are plenty of shops nearby, but nothing open late.

Great location close to the Main Railway Station and the U1 metro line, which provides easy access to major tourist attractions. Tasty breakfast with sufficient options to choose from, you can also eat outside and enjoy a nice green backyard. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We were allowed to check in earlier since the room was ready, which allowed our family to rest after a tiring travel on a very hot day and recharge for an evening of exploring the city. The hotel allows to store the suitcases before check in and after check out for free which is also very convenient when you want to do sone more sightseeing and not worry about the luggage. Definitely recommend this hotel.

No such thing

The location is just wonderful! I think the best in whole Vienna! Walking distance to the main station which connects all of Europe. Rooms are spacious, modern and very cozy, they also have a water kettle in the rooms! the hotel is environmental friendly which was a great plus! Staff are amazingly friendly! Especially Nikola who was at the front desk, he was very friendly, professional and very helpful in so many things! We thank him very much.

Only concern was that maybe extra pillows will be nicer and more comfortable on the bed. And maybe more art on the walls will be nicer!

1) Great location near supermarkets & restaurants that feels clean & safe. 2) We loved the room’s interior design! Really spacious room for our group of 3. Hypoallergenic. I have dust allergies and I really appreciated the carpet-free room floor, the clean closets, the comfortable sheets, the clean bathroom, and the heated bathroom floor. 3) Staff were friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Vienna and being able to ask them questions was a big help. The breakfast was also good, the “good morning master” lady in charge of breakfast was friendly.

The hotel sign isn’t obvious from the outside. One or two of our Uber drivers got lost.

Great stay! The hotel was in a good location with the train station and underground nearby. It’s a short ride on the underground to many tourist places, which can also be easily reached on foot. The staff spoke very good English, and were very helpful, advising on some great places to eat. The hotel lobby and corridors smelt of cinnamon, which was a lovely addition (especially as we visited in December). Our room was a good size and very clean. The room and bathroom were modern and well heated for the cold time of year. Overall very impressed and would recommend!

The room was spacious with very comfy beds and had all we needed. Kettler,coffee,tea etc. The location of the hotel is amazing as it is 3' from the U1 metro station that takes you to the city center in 10'. Breakfast was quite good and it had all the basics. It was very decent and tasty. We were very happy overall with the choice of the hotel.

The breakfast manager lady was not very pleasant and was never smiling. Regarding the breakfast we would prefer a different type of croissants that are softer. Also, the elevator was very small and the internet was not very strong.

The hotel was chose because it was near the main railway station (Wein Hbf), less than 10 min walk. The room was comfortable and the desk has a large map of Vienna as a backdrop, which is very handy for planning walks. Walking in to the city from the hotel brings you to a market area with some nice stalls and bars. It's about 5 mins walk to the next metro station that takes you right to the heart of Vienna, a very beautiful but very busy city.

Breakfast was fine but not extensive in range. It was available early, even on Sundays. Little other to complain about.
