The location of the hotel is perfect, it's an easy walk to all the central attractions, also parking is super safe and close to the hotel, although it's not at the same location. Staff was super helpful and friendly with everything we needed. Beds are comfortable, and the facilities are simple but ok. I would say for a price we paid for 3 nights it's even better than we expected. We would love to come back!

The pillows are too thin and really need to be replaced.

Really great location because it was really close to the underground station and it also had a supermarket on the other side of the street! The room was really good, spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also really good and they had lactose free milk!

The street was very noisy, because of the cars and people talking on the street, but that is nothing the hotel can control. The breakfast was only missing some fresh fruit, but apart of that, was really good and also the staff said you could buy your own fruit and bring to the breakfast room, which I did.

I only used the place for sleeping, and that is pretty much what you can use it for. Its bathroom was small but sufficient. Pretty close to two metro stations, and a 5-minute walk to a great busy street. Met my expectations nicely.

The shower was really small, it is hard to take a shower without your body touching anywhere. The Internet had some problems, I had to use my own internet. Sometimes it worked, but most of the time it didn't.

Very good place to stay.❤️ 1. The room it was very clean and spacious equipped with all hygiene materials. 2. In the winter season, don't worry, the rooms are very warm. 3. Breakfast can also be paid at the reception, and the restaurant is generous, but I recommend trying the nearby cafes. The hotel is surrounded by cafes and patisseries. 4. 7 minutes on foot to Mariahilfer Straße 5. 7 minutes on foot to any metro station (U3/U4) 6. Across the street is a bus station tu go în 10 minutes at Maria Thereisen Platz (Naturhistorisches Museum and Kunsthistoriches Museum On the way back you can use bus line 57A which leaves you right in front of the hotel. 7. Right behind the hotel there are two supermarkets where you can buy something. CAREFUL! they close at 6pm on Saturdays and are closed on Sundays. Find Billa in the center open until 8 p.m. 8. If you want a fridge in the room you just have to specify it when you make the reservation. 9.The hotel has its own garage where you can leave your car at the price of 15 eur/per day. It's not something I don't like! There are just a few things you need to know! 1. Some walls of the rooms are a bit thin and you can hear the next door neighbor. 2.There are no room slippers. 3. For us, the pillows were a bit thin, but we folded them and it was ok.

Our family stayed for 1 week Pros So convenient distance and transport to every tourists' spots. So good Cafes(I recommend EQ cafe's cappuccino and Macha latte & Peti Pari's croissants), just 10 seconds from hotel mocca. Supermarkets 10 seconds: Billa und Spar supermarkt Bus no.57 to central city: just in front of hotel. Bus no.13,14, n71: across the road from hotel. But compared with another hotel, priceweise it was top! Staffs were so friendly.

Cons & pros Cons Small shower cubic. Electric kettle: dusty Floor: very dusty, some spots are very sticky. Room is generally dusty. Elevator was shaky and bumpy. Little bit scared.

pretty thin walls. Also not sure why there is no normal shower door or any wall or curtain at least as the shower was in open space of the bathroom, it’s impossible not to splash the water around even if you try then the floor gets everywhere, a bit strange. Common balcony area with next door room was a bit of surprise :D also the lights in the whole room were pretty weak and way too yellow, more “daylight“ bulbs would be much better.

Location is great, both transportation with bus and subway to all sights-seeings, shops, conviniences. Good breakfast and very good coffee, nice caffe. Plenty of interesting and reasonable restourants in the very next streets. A nice park around the corner. Very friendly staff willing to help and to inform. Big comfortable rooms. Great recommendation.

Great value for money Hotel at an amazing location, well connected with public transport & also accessible for walking to the city centre. Rooms were spacious and clean and the staff very pleasent.

We wish there was a lounge area within the hotel which we would benefit during our last day as we were waiting to be picked up after check out.

During night time there is a lot of noise in the street bellow. Groups of people speaking loud, laughing, using words... Not sure where they come from, every single night (I spent 3 nights). It seems to be an Agora for late drunk people, in that particular spot of Vienna! And, to not forget, it looks/feels a bit hostel. Not that I have been in one before. Just from movies. :)))

Great location. Rooms spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, we stayed just for one night, next time hopefully more.

The corridors were probably renovated these days (buckets with some material, doors numbered with paper stickers, etc.). But it is nothing we couldn´t handle, just an aesthethical thing. If the weather is hotter than we had the guests may miss air-conditioning.
