Customer service from the hotel receptionists was superb, very warm and welcoming. Hotel is so relaxed and beautiful. Just what we needed.

A maybe a kettle for a cup of tea or coffee for the rooms.

The most important point was how friendly were the staff. All were excellent, helpful and very friendly especially Mr Malik. He made our stay comfortable. Then, the location was very close to the main shopping street in Vienna ( Mariahifer street). The hotel was very clean and comfortable. There was free coffee and tea 24/7 in the hotel’s lobby.

There is no phone in the room to contact the reception or room service department. However , they have a new way by providing an I pad/tablet in the room to contact but unfortunately it was not working.

Arthotel ANA Boutique Six in Vienna has an excellent location. It is close to the center of the city and the shopping area of Mariahilfer strasse. This is a genuine art hotel, both stylish and comfortable. The room was spacious enough for me and my son and the bathroom was very modern and well designed. Breakfast was very rich and delicious We particularly liked the pancakes and the freshly made croissants. The staff was very kind and helpful, we enjoyed a warm welcome there. If we visit Vienna again we shall be happy to stay at Arthotel ANA Boutique Six.

We would have preferred two separate beds instead of a large single bed but we had to move to such room on the next day after our arrival. The staff was ready to assist us in that but we decided to stay in the first room. Maybe tourists could have a greater variety of fruit and salads in the morning. Peppers were very good but tomatoes were not really tasty. We could not find honey for the tea either. However, we think overall the food was fresh and healthy. =

The location is excellent, two minutes walk from Mariahilferstrasse, and very close to the U4 station at Pilgramgasse. The Hotel was quiet, clean and with friendly staff and very cozy rooms. I think it a great hotel and I only regret that I haven't known about this hotel before. It's my second time at this hotel and I definitely going to return there when I visit Vienna again.

I didn't find anything of disliking. I know that there is always something that isn't perfect, but not in this case :)

The room was lovely with a small balcony. The bed was comfortable too. The bathroom was nice with a tub. It is pretty modern. We didn't have tea but had coffee facilities with a Nespresso coffee machine in the room with complementary pods, which was very nice. For tea/coffee, we could also go down to the lobby where we could serve ourselves with these facilities, whilst relaxing either on the sofas there or in the courtyard. The breakfast was good too. Staff at the reception area and in the Breakfast room were friendly

Although there was a complementary box containing things to help one sleep such as camomile drops for the pillows, etc (something positive, which I never found anywhere else), in the bathroom there were no shower caps. The coffee at breakfast was a little weak.

The room and bathroom were big, it has a nice small balcony, even if the view is inside the hotels garden you get enough light. I really liked the location of this hotel as it was 5 minutes of walking until U3 metro station and close enough to Mariahilfer street where you can find all kind of stores and have good connections wherever you want to go. The staff at the reception were really nice and I liked that my room was ready so fast. Would definitely stay here again.

I wanted at first to book a room with breakfast too however the difference for a breakfast was too much, I dunno if the breakfast is so great to deserve that much money especially if you are so close to all kinds of restaurants were you can eat for much less money

We were particularly impressed by the offer of free buffet tea/coffee in the lobby. Excelent location In the geometric center/center of gravity of all Viennese main attractions. Good location near Vienna's main pedestrian artery, Mariahilfe stret. even better if you commute by bicycle: all main attractions sre inside 30 minutrs distance and Vienna has an excellent network of cycling routes. spacious csr and bicycle garage for a reasonable price. Real refrigerater and not crowded minibar in the room.

Street noise if you are in a room facing the street. the hotel is not ecologically aware in the sense that it replaces all towels daily and not just those thrown on the floor.. Airless bedding: we woke up drenched every morning airless bedding. every morning we woke up drenched regardless of the air conditioning. Bad air in the room if the windows remain closed and we rely only on ventilation. A small bathroom with outdated and technically inadequate faucets: water temperature regulation is very difficult, and the shower sprays inadequately.

ITS THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO !!!!!! We took the room with the two separate beds and it’s was so much bigger than the pictures!!! We had an amazing view to the quiet and beautiful garden + mini balcony as well !!! The lobby is HUGE , there is a free coffee machine where u can drink as much coffee as you want , our room was cleaned everyday and the stuff were so kind and patience !! Our mini fridge was broken and they replaced it on the NEXT DAY(which I wasn’t even expected to happen ). 5 min walk from a U Station and a huge shopping alley . I could talk about this place for hours but the only thing I want to say is that I’m defiantly going to come back to this place !!! 1000/10

Staff was amazing! I talked with 4 of them and they were all super friendly and helpful (especially Alexandra, thank you!). Coffee in the lobby is great, saves so much trouble. Good location, close to Mariahilferstraße.

Cleaning could have been better (changing sheets regularly. We asked and they changed, but it should be a standard IMO). And the mattress is quite soft. But overall a great hotel. Definitely recommended.

Room was a good size. Beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. The location is very convenient and easy to get to all main sights.

Asked for a 2 bed room. One bed was double and one was a foldout chair bed. Would have been better if they double bed had been separated into 2 twin beds but still comfortable. Room decor could be updated a bit. Some minor repairs needed in the bathroom on the door frame.
