Overall, good experience. Clean room, excellent bathroom equipment, nice personal, convenient location, restaurants and shops near by, excellent transportation coverage. This is a perfect spot if you want to sleep well by avoiding noisy crowded places, but at the same time don't want to be far away from everything. Busy shopping street is just around the corner with lots of shops and restaurants, so you don't loose anything. Very close to underground station, so in about 8-10 min you are in the heart of Vienna Old Town. I didn't see this in the room description, but we had kettle with tea and coffee provided.

The only complaint is the bed and it's ergonomic. Power socket was available only from one side of the bed. Also, there is a shelf made of wood behind the bed which doesn't allow you to sit properly while on the bed. I was constantly hitting this thing with my head.

We loved the layout of the room and the practical design of the closet and shelving. Maybe we got lucky, but this may have been the quietest room we have ever stayed in. The hotel offered very good restaurant recommendations, especially the Greek restaurant, Mythos.

There is a strip of wood at the top of the headboard under which are the lights for reading, and whenever I sat up in bed to read or watch TV, I kept hitting my head on that wood. The breakfast was fine, although more variety from day to day would have been appreciated. We stayed almost a week, and it was the same every day. As non-German speakers, we found it a challenge to communicate with the front desk in English.

Cosy atmosphere, nice staff

First time ever I've been charged for water I drank in the minibar fridge that they refilled automatically everyday without telling me. I saw the price list but did not really pay attention to the price of mineral and gas water. They will put them and replace the new ones into the fridges and will ask you to pay upon check-out so be mindful. The staff asked me if I remembered how many bottles I drank which was funny so I told them I would pay for all. The data should have been recorded by the hotel and I would expect mineral drinks included already otherwise please not refill. I paid 23.2eur for 6 nights just for water which is not good although that was not a big amount.

Very generous sized room. The most quiet hotel I've stayed in in Vienna. Breakfast very delicious, maybe a little more variety would have been nice, but all that was available was very good. The breakfast room is beautifully designed. You can ask for different types of pillows if you don't like the regular hotel big pillows. The memory foam one I got was bliss. The location of the hotel is excellent and the connections to public transport are also very good. Parking right under the hotel. Right across the street from the hotel is an excellent small and cozy restaurant. You have a kettle and cups in the room, so you can make tea or coffee without leaving your room.

I would have liked more variety at breakfast. Like boiled eggs instead of (or as an addition to) the usual scrambled ones. Also maybe better coffee. And bigger tea cups. The carpets in the room are prone to get more dirty than other types of flooring, and because of them, there was a stuffy smell in the room when we did not let the window open while we were out visiting stuff.

A lovely modern hotel, in a quiet side street, a short distance from U3 metro station; direct line to the central sights. Really good sized room; ample wardrobe space, a safe and, unusually, a full length mirror! Fresh water available in the lobby for filling water bottles daily. Helpful staff on duty 24 hours. Excellent restaurants close by including Rani (Indian) and Mythos (Greek).

We found the breakfast a bit disappointing. Only tried once. Vitavien at the top of the road provide a really good breakfast selection including lovely omelettes to order and good coffee which suited us better.

Breakfast was great with a nice variety of choices. Nice veggie options 🌱 also loved the tea choices for us non-coffee drinkers :) The staff was nice and had no problems during check in nor when storing our luggage after check out. The triple room was spacious and the double room were also great. The AC was a bonus as we were experiencing a heat wave. The location was perfect for us as it’s just a few minutes away from some lively streets. Therefore, there were no noises coming in from the outside.

There was just something left behind in the fridge from a previous guest, but it happens. Can’t say I noticed it from the outside without opening the door.

The location is good compared to the price, a stones throw from the U-Bahn that takes you to the city center. The room was very spatious and nice for two persons. The air conditioning was a life saver as it was extremely hot in Vienna during our stay.

Breakfast could use some more attention, some items had run out already one hour before the end of breakfast time even though there weren't especially crowded at breakfast.

Super clean, super quite, close to subway. What else are you looking for?

The room is spacious, quite and very clean! The hotel is near shopping street and a lot of restaurants/bars not far from it. Only about 30 mins from city center by foot. 5-10 mins walk to several metro stations. Comfortable beds and not high pillows. The hotel is non-smoking but someone on our floor was smoking nevertheless and the smell was all over the floor, but the staff at the reception was very understanding and helpful about this matter, they promised to take measures and there was no smell for the rest of the days we were staying there.

Thought the room is big, a wardrobe and especially mirror were badly situated, they were right in front of each other at the distance of a stretched arm, difficult to access and use. As I like to sleep wrapped up in a blanket, I would also appreciate if blankets were a bit bigger.

Parking garage entrance not easy to find, even after the explanations from the reception personnel, also faced some difficulties in getting back in the hotel after parking the car, because the parking place is shared with some other building(s) and there are different doors and elevators to access one or another. I guess this could be better signalized in the underground garage or even better, info to be provided in advance by the reception staff, to make you aware about this situation, because we've missed the exit for the hotel and went inside a flat, which was very confusing for us and made us wonder if we parked in the right place or not.
