* Breakfast is not included in the price! For a hotel this expensive this is nonsense :) They only have a restaurant upstairs where You can have brunch but let me be honest, there are better breakfast places in Vienna.. I would instead suggest having a cocktail there in the evening, these are wonderful! * We took the ''cheapest'' room, which was sooo small. Haven't seen anything like that anywhere :) * There should be atleast daily small water bottle included in the price.

2023: Hats off to the interior designer: the interior design of the hotel made a very good and lasting impression. The hotel is decorated in a modern style with traditional elegance. The room had a very good atmosphere with quality materials and all the details seemed well thought through. The size was not very large but the smart layout made it well suited for a couple. The bar and especially the restaurant have a similar modern cozy vibe. Across the street is Café Ritter for a traditional Vienese breakfast and a public garage with optional chargers for electric cars.

Though the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the advice they gave us for a local restaurant (at the market) was not appropriate for the party we were with as it was far too noisy. After walking around trying to find a better alternative we ended up in the hotel restaurant, which was not a punishment. With rooms around €400,- a swimming pool starts to be expected.

The location was good, the room was quiet, nice and clean, and wifi was good. Staff were helpful and check-in and check out was easy. The hotel is right next to the underground, which was convenient.

The room was on the 1st floor facing the inner courtyard, there was no view. It was rather small and we seemed to be near the staff area or kitchen as there was a strong kitchen smell outside the room (not inside thankfully). There seemed to be much better rooms on higher floors with balconies, but alas we didn't have one of those.

Just the most beautiful, chic, arty boutique hotel (it has a distinct 1920s Parisian vibe) in an amazing location (it's right in the center of things, so if you are very sensitive to noise maybe ask for a room that isn't street facing), but it was the staff - particularly those at Chez Bernard, the AMAZING restaurant and bar at the top of the hotel who really went above and beyond. I had taken my mother for her 76th birthday and everyone (including the owner, who is clearly very hands-on and present!) went out of their way to spoil her and make her feel special and loved! Thank you, thank you, thank you and we can't wait to come back!

Such a beautiful hotel and everything worked really well. The room was clean and we had a lovely view to Mariahilferstrasse. The location is right next to the U-bahn and the area is really nice. The sound isolation in the rooms is really good as you didn't really hear anything from the fairly busy pedestrian street! The roof top bar is really nice and the breakfast in Chez Bernard was delicious. The restaurant was very beautiful too!

The only minus wasn't really a huge minus, but the personnel in the restaurant could have been more welcoming in our opinion. Considering the standard of the hotel and restaurant

Location is excellent for this hotel- next door to the subway and opposite the bus stops. Also lots of shopping nearby. The hotel itself was amazing- we stayed in the deluxe double and it was the most comfy bed I’ve ever used! Beautifully decorated hotel, very classy.

Only tea and coffee complimentary in the room, had to pay quite a lot for anything extra on offer in the room (crisps, biscuits, etc) would have been nice to offer a couple of snacks complimentary and just have the mini bar as paid for

The room was lovely; great for a sole guest. Each morning I had my Motto coffee shop cafe and croissant on the rooftop. It was late March, and I had the terrace all to myself, which I loved. The hotel has a great location, being right next to the subway entrance/exit, near the Museum Quarter, and within walking distance to many great attractions.

My only suggestion would be to include a desk, or table surface in the room so that a guest could be used for writing. I would also recommend guests book a table in the restaurant as it was regularly full in the evenings.

Very good location (U3 line in the same building), and a very beautiful interior. The room had all the needed necessities in satisfactory quality. Nice AC system and speakers for quests use. Cleaning stuff where especially pleasant.

Very basic gym and a lot of not quest using the elevator (which was not really nice when you were going to the sauna in bathrobes). In addition, they let some filming crew to the gym and sauna rooms without checking if there are any guests inside!)
