We were in family apartments where you have separate by door bedroom and living room.This is very comfortable especially if you travel with children. Comfortable bed. Appartaments are very silent. We got robеs and slippers, also other accessories. There is microwave that was important for us as we traveled with child. Very friendly staff.

NO WIFI!! Honestly, i don't remember any appartaments without wifi over the past 10 years.. so it was strange and very uncomfortable for us. No air conditioner heating , one night was a bit cold. We ask for heater from staff, but not helps a lot.

The location is fantastic - very central, yet quiet. The room was comfortable and large. The facilities were clean. A significant advantage is that they have a garage. The staff at the reception was amiable. We have visited this hotel several times before and it will remain our first choice in Vienna.

We ordered a third bed which is actually a sofa turned into a bed, which we knew. There was enough space in the room for this, so this was not a problem, but this bed in fact was not comfortable to sleep in. If we stayed for more days, this would have been a problem. The hotel should provide better quality matrasses for the third bed.

Rooms are clean and spacious, staff are friendly and very helpful, also available 24/7. The location is also fantastic. Many attractions are within walking distance from hotel, and as alternative hotel is practically above subway station, and in that way it is fantastically connected to the rest of Vienna.

Wifi could be a little better, but even as "the worst part" of hotel, it is still fair quality most of the time and even more than just usable. So it's not that wifi is really bad, but all other things are much better. 🙂

Room was very clean and tidy. Well equipped and spacious. It was also quite quiet which was great. We had an upgrade on arrival which was unexpected and nice. Dora on reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is great right in the heart of the city and right next to the U-Bahn stop.

We arrived on foot and it was a bit tricky to find. When approaching from the main street Mariahilfer there is a small sign attached to a building half way up (near Zara), the hotel reception is found in a courtyard at the back of the small shopping arcade. So it was a bit confusing. Other that finding the hotel all was good.

The location was the best, right on Mariahilfer Strasse, the subway station and a Billa supermarket were right in front of the hotel not to mention all the stores you would want in the vicinity. Museums Quartier, Hofburg, Rathaus, Haus des Meeres, Natural and Art History Museums and the old center where just a short and pleasant walk away. Parking inside the hotel was competitively priced for the center location and was safe. All the staff where very, very nice. Would book again.

A little noisy because of other guests, but that is always hit and miss when you stay at a hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast - so much choice. Room nice and quiet, despite being in a busy street. The "green housekeeping" was a good idea - avoiding unnecessary daily cleaning and tidying up.

The shower was stiff and difficult to adjust from tap to shower head. I would have preferred breakfast to be optional rather than automatically included, so that on some days I could have been hungry enough to eat lunch with friends at a restaurant!

Booked taxi in advance did not work. The plane was late, but I managed to get to the arrival area were all the other drivers were 2 minutes before deadline. The driver was gone. He didn't phone me and I could not reach him. I phoned the company (Sixt ride **EUR**), but he could do nothing and seemed not to understand much (no language barrier). The booking number I had was booking.com's booking number, that didn't tell him anything. I had to hire an ordinary taxi outside the airport and had to pay it all.

Great location. Its in the heart of the shopping street with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants/cafes and shopping stores We were able to walk to the main attraction but it would take upto 30 minutes by foot And the rooms are dated but clean. And staff and quite nice Not much facilities within the hotel but great location

Breakfast -superb Room - good, spacious Location - adjacent to Peek and Cloppenberg and other major shops!! Is that a good thing?!! Also very close to UBahn.

There are two NH Hotels close to each other - one at P&C, the other further along Mariahilferstrasse. There was confusion in my mind as to which was which. More clarity would be helpful. Also as NH City is "round the back" a clear map to help finding the map.

Breakfast was exceptional - a lot of different options for everyone. Warm dishes, delicious pastries, good coffee, various freshly squeezed juices, you name it!

Our online bed and room location preference was completely ignored, we had to ask the person at the front desk after check-in to give us another room to better suit our family’s needs. Our room was super hot and we were not able to turn the heating down. Had to sleep with windows slightly opened, which is such a waste and given the central location, the street behind the hotel was very noisy…
