The staff, especially the woman that welcomed us at out late arrival, was very kind. We felt very welcome at the hotel. The room was also so cozy and perfect for a pair of friends, the beds were nice and comfy and everything else clean but still felt warm and welcoming.

The cleaning staff was a little bit hasty with opening the doors for cleaning, we did not get the chance to let them know we were inside. They did not knock. This happened before the decided check-out time as well which was a little bit confusing, but really nothing major. The cleaning was carried out very well!

Absolutely brilliant location. Right beside Christmas markets. Everything walking distance. Staff couldn't be any nicer, they were so helpful. We struggled with getting to hotel from airport and rang the hotel and they gave us exact directions with metro and bus. Organised us a taxi for returning to airport. We were so impressed with the service. Minute we got there they gave us full details for getting to centre, Christmas markets and attractions. Hotel is so secure too. We find it hard to get a room for 5 but the room we got was great size. Fab shower too. So many lovely restaurants close to the hotel. We are already looking at booking again for next year.

Nothing, loved it all

Good hotel in quiet area, close to Parliament building, Town Hall and Volksgarten. Situated in a traditional building, with a grand but dreary entrance hall, the hotel itself is modern and clean. Reasonably close to transport links (tram and U-bahn). Several pubs, restaurants and shops close by, Billa supermarket just a couple of minutes' walk from the hotel. Buffet breakfast with a good, well-stocked selection, some items changed daily. Friendly and helpful staff at reception and in the breakfast room.

I had a single room, which was quite small, but it was ok for my visit and matched the price.

Good location, just few minutes walk from Rathaus and the city center. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room, although a bit small, was pretty, and the bed very comfortable. I would reccomend this hotel for sleeping, if you are planning to spend most of the time around.

The hotel is pretty small, and it is situated inside of a residential building. It actually looks more like a fancy B&B than a hotel.

Room size and cleanliness were excellent and the hotel location and thick room walls meant that it was extremely quiet. Breakfast was good, but with limited choice.

Location is a bit out of the centre, and currently there are suspended tram services while the new underground extension is being built. When that is completed later this year there will be quick access to the city centre.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. We received good advice for booking a restaurant for a Christmas dinner and were very happy with it. The location is on a quiet street, but close to the Rathaus and sights, and the area is very pleasant. There is a vegan restaurant just across from the hotel with very good kitchen - highly recommend! The room itself had everything necessary, nice bed, nothing to complain about.

The bathroom drain smelled a bit. To be fair, we didn't complain, so perhaps if we had done so, they would have dealt with the problem. The breakfast could have more vegetables.

Great value for its price, it's located in a beautiful old building with very high ceilings, and in a very quiet neighborhood (plus the walls are thick - made for a good rest). The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. While on the smallish side, the rooms are perfect for a city explorer that only needs a place to sleep and take a shower.

The bed was a little soft for my taste, but others might enjoy it.

although the budget room we stayed in was very small it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Breakfast is basic but also most acceptable and staff very attentive.. I would definitely recommend if you are planning on site seeing and just need a place to rest your head. It’s on a lovely quiet street, plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep too

The hotel is small, on a quiet street, but the location is convenient - 15 minutes walk and you are in the city center. The rooms have high (3-4 meters) ceilings and the decor makes a good impression. Clean and comfortable. The plumbing and shower are excellent. The breakfasts are simple but sufficient to start the day. The dining room is clean and quiet. Clients are mutually polite and cultured. But the biggest asset of the hotel is the people who work there. They are very friendly, ready to help in any situation. And the mobile phone, forgotten in the room upon departure, was already handed over to us after 3 days and all the photos of our trip, which were especially pitiful, arrived safely with it. In short, service 5 points! Good luck and good mood to them and you, the future guests of the hotel!

Great stay in December, within walking distance to the Rathauplatz Christmas market with plenty of food nearby too. Breakfast are decent. It's slightly further away from the main train station, wouldn't advise to walk here if you have a huge luggage. Taxi or even the public transport is pretty convenient to get here.

Something to improve on- the house keeping staff came into my room daily without knocking on my door prior. Thankfully none of the which i was changing, it would be a very embarrassing moment. Would appreciate the hotel to take note of this.
